Splashing cold water on my face to try and sober up a bit, my phone goes off. Looking at it, it’s a text in the group chat:

Leah: We will be leaving in about an hour, so get ready.

Replying with "k," I decided I’m going to be a decent teammate and go and wake up Jess and whoever. Walking out of the room, I see them still on the floor.

“Jess, you need to wake up.”

Opening her eyes, she groans, “What time is it?”

Looking at my phone, “7:15. You need to get ready; we leave in an hour.” She gets up and walks to her room. Walking back to mine, I get ready and pack my stuff up. I need to take it with me on the bus because I’ve got a taxi for about 30 minutes after the stuff we need to do.

Packing up my stuff, I pick up a bundle of clothes. A pair of green shorts was in that pile. It has the number 13. What goalkeeper was number 13? I know it wasn’t Mary, so it’s either Hannah or Ellie. Putting them in my bag to give to whoever they belong to, I walk out after making sure I got everything.

Walking down to where everyone is, I spot Ellen and her husband. She’ll probably know something, hopefully. Walking up to them:

“Hey, Ellen, I’ve got a question for you.”

She looks better than anyone of us here, seeing as her and her husband snuck off somewhere. I’d hope she would.

“Hey, kid. What’s your question?”

Before I can answer, I’m given a pair of glasses.

“By any chance, do you know who was wearing number 13 and who had a pink flamingo pool float?”

The poor woman looks so confused.

“Hannah was wearing number 13, and I think Millie and Rachel had one. Why?”

What? Why were Hannah’s shorts in my room? Wait, no, no, no. I wouldn’t have. I mean, at this moment in time, it’s the only explanation.

“I just couldn’t remember if it was Ellie or Hannah who had number 13 on.” Saying a very quick thank you, I rush over to Ella, Alesia, Beth, Viv, Millie, and Rachel. I must look pale as the first thing to leave Ella’s mouth is:

“You better not be sick near me.”

Alesia slaps her.

“No, no, I’m not sick, but I need to find Hannah to ask her something. And Millie, did you give me a pink flamingo pool float?”

Millie and Rachel burst out laughing at that.

“Yeah, it was about 4:30 when you came back downstairs. You were insisting on having a pool party, even though there’s no pool here, so we gave you it to stop. It’s from when we were at the other hotel.”

Okay, so that means whoever it was was in my room between 4 and 4:30. Seeing Hannah walk into the room, I say my thanks and goodbyes to everyone as I rush over to Hannah.

“Hannah, we need to talk.”

Looking at me weirdly, she nods. “Did you come to my room last night?”

Hannah looks puzzled for a moment before shaking her head.

“No, I didn’t. Why? What’s going on?”

Taking a deep breath, “Well, I woke up outside, and when I went in my room, I looked in the mirror. I had this—” I gesture to the hickey “—and I remember someone coming into my room just after I got in my room. The only thing that’s not mine in the room is your shorts. If you didn’t come to my room, then how did they end up there?”

I make period drama style gifs. If you use gif packs, please like and reblog them. Most of my projects are already ready, but every day I post no more than 190 gifs. Because that was the reason why my previous account was blocked.

I tried to make gif packs in a format more familiar to you with a link to a separate page. However, unfortunately, I did not succeed because of the large format of high-quality gifs.

I want to explain about color processing. Usually, I improve the contrast, brightness and saturation, but leave the naturalness of the film. I don't make the contours too sharp because I like the aesthetic of it looking like a natural image.

First of all, I've decided to say that I will begin answering any questions for this au. Drawing requests, lore questions, anything. Ask. Now

I've decided to make a comprehensive list of all the engines (and others) and their infection status (basing of the idea of the story in my head)

There's a few. Infected (straightforward as it sounds), not infected (again, straightforward), immune (rolling stock exclusive), believed to be immune (non trains I have no design in mind for but could be infected if I come up with a design that is consistent with the others, though may also remain un-infected)

WIP Wednesday

Vash has finally led them to the mysterious upstairs he has been referencing.

Vash insisted on them packing their coats and jackets on this trip to a surprise destination that was supposed to end with him getting a new arm. Hannah was still suspicious if that was actually going to happen, but she humored her bro and wore the tan duster as they climbed up a cliff out of sight of New Oregon. It covered up the gun she had belted on. None of the adults commented on it as they hiked, which was only fair since they were all armed.

Vash peered over the edge. “There it is.” Then he looked looked back at the group, slightly panicked. “I may have miscalculated.”

“What did you forget?” Meryl asked with a sigh.

“That not everybody should take a flying leap into our transport. Especially you.”

“Then why are you?” Meryl looked alarmed. “How many times have you done this?”

Bike turned on Hannah’s face shield. “Picking up radio control frequency. Take control of the skiff?”

“Sounds good if you can do it,” Hannah told her.

“It has always been a good way for me to test if the ticker is still running good.” Vash tapped his chest and turned from Meryl to Hannah. “What sounds good?”

A flying platform halted even with the cliff edge and an opening slid open in its wall. The bike beeped and rolled onto it.

“Taking control of our ride if that’s our ride,” Hannah answered.

“Typical,” Chuck said. “She never lets us steer.”

“Yes, that’s our ride but she’s not supposed to come upstairs. It’s not constructed for wheeled transportation,” Vash said.

Bike honked loudly. “Your bro Vash is not allowed to take you out of my protection range. He is statistically unable to chose a location to visit that does not involve your endangerment.”

“I think you’re exaggerating. Nothing happened in December City.”

“Meryl Stryfe-ma’am chose that location. Calculations now?”

“Never tell me the odds.”

“Why are we betting now? Vash asked.

“Hey, Han Solo! Are we expecting asteroids?” Chuck asked.

Wolfwood shifted his cloth-wrapped Punisher. “Who’s Han Solo?”

“Movie or music?” Milly asked.

“Movies!” Chuck answered. “Star Wars! Aww, we’re gonna miss the next one.”

Wolfwood looked at Milly. “I’m starting to understand why you ask that first with these two.”

“I don’t understand why no one else has yet.”

Hannah looked up at Vash. “She’s objecting to us leaving her protection range, so she has to come with. Otherwise this thing won’t go.” She tapped the metal railing.

“Because now that she has control of it, she won’t let go of it. And I have to depend on what is programmed in the skiff.” Vash crossed his arms.

“It has a radio frequency expecting input. Why don’t you have a controller for it?” Hannah asked.

Vash looked sheepish.

“It got shot, didn’t it?” Meryl asked.

Vash dropped his arm. “I didn’t shoot it! It’s completely not my fault my belongings take bullets aimed at me.” He looked at the bike. “Okay fine. But no weapons! It’s a delicate ecosystem and one wrong boom could have thousands of lives at risk.”

Chuck giggled. “One wrong boom.”

“Limitations acknowledged.”

“She’s good with that,” Hannah said.

Vash led the way onto the skiff, holding Meryl’s hand and then Chuck’s as they stepped off the stone onto the metal. He wagged a finger at Wolfwood when Preacher Man boarded. “No booms for you too.”

Wolfwood sat next to Milly and rested his cross on his other side. “I’m merely prepared for any trouble that might find you. I’d rather be wrong about that.”

Hannah sat down next to the bike’s handlebars and the skiff began to climb into the sky. Vash perched on the edge of the skiff seating and his knee bounced. “Please just everyone be on your best behavior,” he said.

Chuck tilted his head. “What’s that?”

“That long list that Mom tells us and Uncle Vinnie to do,” Hannah said.

“Got it. And no booms.”

Vash rolled his eyes and looked up at the sky. “So the disaster you’re all predicting is me bringing company home.”

Milly grinned, “But we’re fun disasters.”

Meryl squeezed Vash’s hand. “Are you really worried about us? Or are you distracting yourself from something else?”

“I want this to go well?” Vash sighed. “They don’t leave very often and they accepted me and I want them to accept all of you.”

“We’ll be good,” Hannah promised him.

“And we’re like able,” Chuck said. “Unless you’re Limburger. He can’t stand us.”

      Sienna Dyer, Natalia's little sister, loved her older sister's friends, and they loved her. She'd grown close to all of them as Nat's character progressed in the show, and she thought, easily, that her best friend, before Season 4, was Noah and Millie. They still were, but for some reason, Sienna and Gwydion Lashlee-Walton, AKA Gareth Emerson, were closer now. 

Over time, she realized she was in love with him. 

      Apparently, it was obvious to a few people: Natalia and Maya, Finn, both Joes, Gaten, and Sadie and Noah and Millie. Gwydion and Sienna didn't see it. If they did, they didn't speak about it. She was nervous and shy, and he wasn't wanting to ruin what they already had. 

"Gwydion!" Sienna sang, hugging the boy as he sat at the fake Hellfire table during a break in scenes. Last year, Sienna got cast as Eddie's "estranged sister," Hannah. "Hi." Gwydion laughed, hugging her awkwardly, as he had to reach up instead of around. He grinned, big and dopey, and Gaten snorted, making Finn smirk. "What?" Gwydion and Sienna tilted their heads, and Caleb shook his head, "Wow."       As the break ended, Sienna was aware of Gwydion, like she always was, and thought, I'm gonna do it, right after this scene pack. She stayed in character very well for being distracted, trying to figure out what to say. When the scene pack ended, she walked up to Gwydion, talking to Gaten and Finn. "Can I talk to you?" She blurted, and Gwydion blinked. "Okay." He didn't ask anything as she led him a little ways away. "So...we're friends, right?" She started, and Gwydion nodded. "Yeah, why?"  "I like you." She said, avoiding his gaze. "I have for a long time. Like, I'm In Love with you," She whispered, making emphasis on "in love." She didn't know how much courage she had left, so she needed to hurry. "I wanna know if you feel the same, and if you do, cool. If not, I'm sorry for bothering--" He swept forwards, kissing her, and she shut up.  "YES!" They heard Gaten shout. "THEY DID IT!" "Hell yeah!" Finn yelled.  Gwydion and Sienna laughed as they pulled away. "Fan club much?" Gwydion pretended to glare, then turned to Sienna. "If it's okay with you, I wanna take you out to a movie." "When?" Sienna asked breathlessly.  "Tomorrow night?" She smirked, kissing him shortly. "It's a date!"
