EVENT 3 PART 2: THE TOWER
By whatever means you use to investigate and enter through the mysterious locked door at the end of the tunnel, you are greeted with a large circular room. There are two more similar looking doors in the room, multiple entrances from different tunnels that all converge here. Looking up you see just how high up the space is, and you can make out about three more floors above you. Ascending the spiral staircase, you can see the first floor holds multiple different rooms, many of them filled with rows of filing cabinets with who knows what inside. Another room, that exudes a soft technicolor glow, home to many crystals similar to your bracelets. And lastly, a room that looks like a med center, though the restraints on the stainless steel bed might suggest otherwise. The second floor is less a space for rooms but more of a massive enclosure for countless servers. There are wires everywhere, leading every which way, though many of them connect down to the ground floor to the lone door in the middle of the room. The third floor seems a bit more quaint, though eerie if you think about it for too long. There are multiple different rooms that suggested people were living in this tower 24/7. This floor feels almost like a shared college dorm with different rooms with beds, some gathering areas that remind you of a break room, with communal bathrooms and kitchen areas too. Though there is one room that seems different from the rest, given it's behind large double doors that appear to be locked. And finally the top floor. A large room encircled by multiple rows of large monitors connected to confusing looking control panels. Thick tinted windows outside look out to a catwalk circling the top, and some graffiti sprayed on some windows: KALA MEATY, MISS TERRI, SKOOOOOOOOOORJ.
OOC INFO:
This event has opened up the Tower for exploration! Characters can investigate at will and on their own time. And at their own risk.
Note: the only ways to get into the Tower are through the somewhat inconvenient weird underground tunnels and vault doors. There's no door on the outside of the Tower structure on ground level.

EVENT 03. PART 1: THE DOOR
There are tunnels carved out of the island's bedrock. Man-made tunnels, some with their own ventilation and lighting, others without, or with at least attempts that had fallen into disrepair. One, under the mass grave pit behind the Medicentre. Other tunnels located around some cave systems around the island.
A few brave (or reckless?) souls have already taken it upon themselves to traverse these tunnels - and their intrepid natures are now rewarded at the end. Because there was an end of each tunnel is a door, with a strict warning:
And behind each thick metal vault-door, is an eerie glow, a constant hum.
These doors won't open, not without extreme force or some other trick. Isn't is helpful, that this motley crew of survivors all how powers? However people manage to get through the doors, it's what's beyond that makes the effort worth it...hopefully.
A circular room, large enough to fit about 80 people. An iron stairwell curves up, up, up to floors above - blocked for now. Lining the walls are computer systems, but nothing seems to be working. In the middle of the room, circled by guard rails, stands a single door-frame. The frame is clearly a machine, covered in the same smooth white futuristic shell as the generators.
And the 'door' itself, is a glowing blue light, humming with a mysterious power.
Who dares approach it? Where the stairs lead? Where is this strange circular structure that can only be accessed by underground tunnels?
OOC INFO:
Not a big mystery here: it's the inside of the Tower! There are multiple tunnels that open into the Tower, their entrance to the tower leading up to the ground floor of the Tower. One set of stairs lead to multiple floors above and presumably to the top of the Tower. It's NOT accessible to characters yet.
Characters are free to:
find more tunnels leading up to the ground floor
open the heavy vault doors that give them access
explore the ground floor of the Tower, and experiment with the computer systems lining the walls
figure out the strange free-standing doorway in the middle of the room
So far, everything seems to be in stasis, waiting for some special instruction, program, keycard...it's unclear what will make it all work. The pieces are here, but what's to be done about it?
