Alastor is rubbing his elongated antlers against a wall when Lucifer wakes up and finds him. He stops to lean into them before sideglancing at his fiancé, huffing through his nose.

"My rut cycle hit."

Alastor simply lets it happen, keeping his arms folded behind his back while his tail wags rapidly all the while. "Yello, my dear~ Whatever prompted this flurry of affection, hmm?"

Alastor knows what this means. A hand ruffles at Lucifer's hair affectionately while the other summons a tendril underneath the king's feet to act as a footstool and raise him to the overlord's height so he doesn't have to bend over. "Yello there, my dear~"

lucifer is just going to wrap his arms around his beloved from behind and nuzzle into his back. someone looked like they could use some snuggles~

He turns his head to look down at Lucifer with a fond smile, lifting a hand to lovingly pet the top of his hands. "Hello, my dear~ Fancy seeing you here."

Al. This is the hotel kitchen. You're making coffee. It's not that obscure.

oh look, lucifer is just going to sit himself right on his beloved's lap... only to smother his face with as many kisses as possible!

This is fine. Better than fine. He'll wrap his arms around Lucifer's tiny waist and hold him flush against his chest as he returns the kisses as best he can. "Good evening, darling~! What's the occasion, hmm?"

fluttering over to his dear fiancé's side lucifer took the opportunity to press a kiss to either cheek, only to brush lips together oh so lovingly immediately afterward.

" i love you , my dearest ~ "

He's tucking a hand behind Lucifer's head to ensure he stays as he kisses back, tail wagging behind him. "I love you, too, sugarpie~"

Admittedly, Lucifer has no idea what to give his beloved for his birthday. He's... Never been the best at this. Still, the King made his way into the other's bedroom while he slept, tray of pancakes placed upon bedside table before he leaned over to kiss his beloved's temple.

"Good morning, my love~" Lucifer purred softly. "I've brought you breakfast~"

Damn, how early did Lucifer get up to catch Alastor while he's still sleeping? Maybe he didn't sleep at all. Either way, he's waking up and sleepily sitting up, rubbing at an eye with the heel of his palm as he smiles warmly at his fiancé.

"Y'did? How sweet. Thank you, darlin'."

He's not fully awake yet. That means the accent is out.

"Yello~" His teeth are tugged loose, golden blood spilling and dripping as he grins widely at the king. "I hope you don't mind my marking you. We are engaged, after all."
