As we head into summer, our offerings are changing! First, we now have lamb back in stock. We've got plenty of lamb chops, some ground, and some great big leg roasts. We also have goat meat now! Although goat is the most commonly consumed meat worldwide, it's not as familiar to many Americans. You should try some before we sell out. Finally, due to high demand and our egg CSA, we are very short on eggs. We aren't able to offer eggs in the honor box anymore but we are still bringing what we have to markets.
