These crispy air fryer pork chops are a delicious and healthier alternative to traditional frying. They are coated in a flavorful breadcrumb mixture and cooked to perfection in the air fryer, resulting in a crispy, juicy, and flavorful pork chop.
Ingredients: 4 boneless pork chops. 1 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1 tsp paprika. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 2 eggs, beaten. Cooking spray.
Instructions: Get the air fryer ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Put breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a shallow dish. After dipping each pork chop in the beaten eggs, cover it with the breadcrumb mixture and press the crumbs onto the chops to make them stick. Use cooking spray on the air fryer basket. Make sure the breaded pork chops don't touch each other as you put them in the basket. For 12 to 15 minutes, flip the chops over in the air fryer and cook until they are golden brown and crispy and the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C. Enjoy while hot!

Indulge in the savory delight of these easy bacon-wrapped pork chops. The combination of crispy bacon and tender pork, glazed with a sweet and tangy mixture, will satisfy your taste buds. Perfect for a quick and delicious weeknight dinner!
Ingredients: 4 boneless pork chops. 8 slices of bacon. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme. 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup Dijon mustard.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 375F 190C. Combine the salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, dried thyme, and dried rosemary in a small bowl. Apply the spice mixture to the pork chops' two sides. Encircle every pork chop with a pair of bacon slices, fastening them with toothpicks if necessary. In an ovenproof skillet, warm the olive oil over medium-high heat. When it's hot, add the pork chops wrapped in bacon and sear them for two to three minutes on each side, or until the bacon is crisp. To make a glaze, put the Dijon mustard and brown sugar in a different bowl. Drizzle the glaze onto the pork chops wrapped in bacon. After placing the skillet in the oven, preheat it for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C. Take them out of the oven, give them a few minutes to rest, and then serve.
