i was extremely sleep deprived yesterday when i discovered the dragon survival mod which was LIFE CHANGING when you're on three hours of sleep so of course i made a whole custom forest dragon texture in one day about it. and. just for fun, some concept art i made for it:

sooooo... I'm setting up a patreon

is mostly gonna be for early acces for comics and post some of my proccess (in screenshots and sometimes speed draws) but now that I'm getting more into animating again... would you guys be interesed in like... an animation tier, with storyboards and rough animatics?

What's This All About? Over the course of 2023 I've been slowly working on a webcomic behind the scenes, a queer historical fiction set in the Canadian great depression! It follows the personal story of Thomas; a paper mill factory worker facing the lost of his job, the death of his best friend, and a severe questioning of his personal identity. Along the road he's helped by the Midnight Wink pansy performers. A hodgepodge group of misfits barely getting by in one of the worse economic crises in history.

Behind-The-Scenes Since Midnight Wink is a historical fiction set in a very tragic decade it's currently in the long (but important) research phase. Perks for the Patreon may be expanded in the future but for now remain as simple as possible so I can focus on hitting the books! I'm pretty active on the Discord server though and do plan to open Patreon exclusive commissions every once in a while. Other things in the works include a one chapter teaser and some form of merchandise to release for delicious public consumption (with Patreons getting a first peak at those whenever they happen of course).

A Quick Personal Note Midnight Wink will be completed no matter what but supporting the Patreon is immeasurable for fuelling it's continuation over the next few years! We're kind of in a Great Depression 2 : Electric Boogaloo though so don't sweat it if it's not within your means. Staring at me from across the road on Tumblr is still a perfectly valid way of expressing support!
