{{ D'oh! My bad! Cut for length, but here's my thing:

It isn't the fact that she's a capable and collected leader that bothers me. She's always been that. She's also historically been a gal that takes action when things go so wrong, even the Bros. can't handle the sitch.

But what did bother me somewhat were little things. And I get that everything they did was to get some humor into the film, but like- instances such as when she throws Mario to the ground upon their first meeting. Feels like a Daisy-ism. When she nicknames Mario 'mustache' (which is cute), Daisy-ism. When she swears she nailed the training course right off the bat because she lived in Mushroom Kingdom all her life? Pretty Daisy-like to brag IMO. When she explains who Bowser is, and that he's insane and will eat Mario for breakfast because he's so small, and later on, when she's super pumped when Mario wins against DK? Daisy-isms.

Those things felt a bit out of the realm of things Peach would say or do in the material I'm familiar with. That said, she IS in-character for pretty much all of the rest of the film. Her being excited to save the kingdom with the Kongs. Her being worried over Mario's wellbeing and safety. Her being loving toward the toads. Her having moments of stoicism, her going through the emotions in the moment of self-sacrifice for her people. Her sharing happy and casual little chit-chat with Mario and later on Luigi too. All wonderful to see.

Really though, my issues are nitpicky and minor. It doesn't stop me from enjoying the film. If anything, it makes me wonder just how utterly chaotic Daisy will have to be to make Peach look like a picture-perfect royal who never has any fun by comparison. 😂

Also, for all of my nitpicks, that has not stopped me or anybody else from getting this film to shatter- no, utterly decimate and continue to decimate box office records. It's done a heck of a lot right. It's a love letter to fans, and a good time for people who don't know who the heck Mario is. And really, that's all any fan including myself could ever ask for.

Also also, all of the moments with just Mario and Luigi interacting? S-tier. Ten outta ten. I want more of that. I cannot think of many times outside this film where we get a glimpse into their lives quite like this, and I can't think of any where we get to see the Mario family (Super Show's live segments aside). If we get a Luigi's Mansion movie in the future, I want like- a zillion heartfelt scenes showing how Luigi's coping with the spooky scary skeletons by copying what Mario would do and then just- growing into his own heroic role. }}

there’s a saying in the town of peach hollow, georgia, that strikes every one of it’s citizens the moment they hear it – a sarcastic little quip that warns you when you’re crossing an unspoken boundary. it’s saccharine in nature, but said with the right amount of irony, has the capability to implode even the strongest relationships.

               ❝ well, aren’t you just a peach ? ❞

a town so jaded by hysteria , it’s no wonder peach hollow is so still . a suburb once so lively with bright smiling neighbors and a thriving economy of locally-owned shops has become anything but since a faceless fiend took the town by storm some years ago . the townspeople whispered about a entity coined ‘ the peacher ’ for fear his antics would strike those who caused a ruckus . this town terror was known for their deviant acts which included exposing the secrets of those who held peach hollow so dear to their hearts . any white lie , any skeleton in the closet thought to be known by none was common knowledge to this person with a hunger for justice . marriages were charred , friendships were severed , some even lost their businesses once the peacher brought their truth to light . after all the pandemonium they had caused , when police brought their suspect out in handcuffs , it was no wonder the people cheered so gleefully . they were finally free from the clutches of a loose-lipped menace . or so they thought .

you see , with any commonly known troll comes copycats . people trying to replicate the leader’s doings or to help them thrive . tales of the incarcerated man being framed spread like wildfire through peach hollow but no hopeful soul wanted to believe that the peacher was still out there and mayhem was again on the horizon . but why was their tormentor suddenly so quite if the suspected rested behind bars ? some say they’re plotting a comeback .

𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲: peach hollow is a semi-appless, secrets discord verse set in the fictional town of peach hollow, georgia. the small town is in recovery after someone notorious for exposing their secrets is finally caught. but when the suspect turns out to be simply a copycat, they fear that this entity’s return will be worse than it has even been. this group is strictly a discord verse for muses of all ages that will thrive on plot drops, events and in character interactions.   -

𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬:

1. no ooc drama. pretty self explanatory. any issues need to be brought to the admins and any bullying or godmodding will not be tolerated.

2. there will be 12 mun limit (excluding admins) so please only join if you can commit to being active. with limited spots, this group can only thrive if everyone is active and excited about bringing the group to life. we will be doing an interest check every few days.

3. members may have one character to start. once we get settled and established we will increase the amount of characters than can be had. all character must be within a five year ( +5/-5 ) of their faceclaim and if in the future you pick up a second character, one must be a poc.

4. please be cautious about triggers. using spoilers and prefacing any triggering content is key to assuring that people are comfortable.  that being said, there will be triggering content such as sex, drugs, alcohol, etc.

5. for the love of god, no bubbling. i know people tend to get in the habit of only writing with people they are comfortable with but with it being such a small group, you should have connections will at least half the group. admins will no hesitate to call you out if we believe, or someone else believes, you are bubbling.

@2187s LEFT A NIGHTMARE AFTER THE TONE: 🥝🥝🥝🥝🥝 !!!

@rapturcd - Where to start to describe a friend? Nox is a close online friend whom I’ve had the pleasure of following for the last few years now. We’ve been able to keep up with each other from blog to blog, and continued to do so when she revived this blog right here, a Bioshock oc. I’ll admit that when I saw her move here, I had no clue what the hell Bioshock was other than some video game. I’ve been graced with so many exciting details, passion has been poured into every message and post she makes upon the dash, it instantly made me a fan of this little franchise. Though the Bioshock rpc is small, Nox has found a way to make it her own. Her blog is filled with so much helpful information, and one look at her extremely well thought out, and detailed OC page will tell you all you need to know about this vast universe. With every OC she makes, it’s done with love and care, but something about Nicholas is truly special. Aside from being from one of the most interesting and unique fandoms, Nicholas was crafted with more detail than the gods could give any living being. Nox is also a plot driven writer, I know I am too so if that’s your thing, you’ll be glad to know not only is she a peach but she’s very fun to bounce ideas with! She helped me learn so much about Bioshock, it made plotting feel effortless and an overall thrill. If you don’t follow her, not only are you missing out, but I’ll personally be offended on her behalf.

@segadore - It’s been a few years now, and I have not been able to get Fawn off of my tail, damn you— I’M KIDDING, no but really, Fawn and I have been buddies for the last few years, and I started following her on her Steve Harrington blog. I’ve already gushed in the past about how much I love her Steve, so in the same way she’s so kindly embraced my OCs, I’d like to do the same with hers. Let’s start off with this: Fawn is the one person I see constantly and without a second thought embracing all writers, you could write an oc, canon muse from a different fandom, female oc, doesn’t matter– she will love them like her own. You speak with Fawn ooc, and you’ll feel at home, you’re never a bore nor bother. They’re one of the few people in this RPC I feel so genuinely safe around, and they make me feel like a valued writer even when I’m being ignored by others on the dash, I feel important, and it’s thanks to them. Fawn writes a very amazing muse named Mykah, from what can only be described as a non-existent fandom. I learned about Dead Like Me through her, and I’ve since been completely hooked on this concept and universe. Mykah is a very special, and well-thought out muse. He’s a soul collecting reaper from California, and he’s got so much wit, charm, and attitude, how could you not love the guy? He’s got a tough exterior, but he’s so funny as well, you can tell when you’re reading something Fawn wrote, they have such a unique tone, your eyes will be glued to the screen instantly as soon as you see a reply in your inbox. From the bottom of my heart, I hope we continue to write for years to come. If you want some fresh content you’ve never seen before, and perhaps one of the kindest friends, with the most goddamn creative mindset, please, go look at Fawn’s content. For the love of GOD go look.

@wyntered​ - You know how when your favorite musician or celebrity makes a post on Instagram or twitter, you go “Ah! There’s _____ again, classic ol’ _____, love them.” and you get all giddy in your seat, overwhelmed just by their presence even if it isn’t for you? That’s how I feel everytime I read each and everyone of Chantelle’s posts. I’ll be the first to admit that I don’t get to read all of my rp partners replies to other folks, sometimes I’m too busy, or honestly? I don’t feel like it. But the amount of effort and research they’ve put into this, how could I not? I love reading both her replies to myself and other people, I love reading her meta posts and headcanons, because I know it’ll not only be helpful but just wonderful. It’s also so nice to see how much care she’s put into writing such a complicated man like Bucky Barnes, her portrayal is uniquely her own, and she’s truly made sure to set a realistic example for others. I’ve learned so much, and it’s thanks to her. They’ve also been so gracious in writing with my own Marvel OC, Alice, and never act annoyed or bothered. That’s not something you often find with people who write popular canon muses, but it’s something I’ve been lucky enough to find with Chantelle. Do yourself a favor, buckle up, and get excited. Go and give her a follow, because I just know in my heart she’ll be more than happy to embrace you with open arms. Thanks for giving me the most iconic and kickass friendship for my daughter! It’s probably obvious to y’all by now that I love Chantelle’s work, so you know this message is genuine.

@capnsolo - I found out a few weeks ago that Kayla and I have been mutuals for years, and neither of us knew it. We’ll ignore that for now. I know Kayla as the most fantabulous Han Solo mun on the block, no really, she’s amazing. We found each other again because I writer princess Leia ( over on @/hopescorned ) and well… SCOUNDRESS! Together, we’ve managed to create our own little version of canon to their storyline, and we continue to develop it each time we speak. I’m not very good at articulating my thoughts, but my point is, Kayla is a very skilled, and creative woman. She’s smart, she knows how to use canon as a crutch, but doesn’t rely on it. She let’s her brain do the talking, and she knows how to collaborate well with others, and happens to be very open minded and flexible to other people’s muses. No matter how outlandish the idea might be for a story, Kayla will find a way to work with it. I’ve never seen someone capture Han’s tone so well, each time I read one of her replies, I can truly see and hear Harrison Ford acting each of the stories we create, out in my head. She has a way with her words, and she’s a true talent. Please, even if Star Wars isn’t your think, at least give her work a chance, it’ll be a pleasant surprise.

@nostlgic - Ash & I have been writing together since February, and the day we started speaking, they were one of the kindest souls I’ve been graced with speaking to. A passionate writer, you’ll be pleasured to see that their muse list is rather long, and diverse. Ash is the kind of writer that is always up for the challenge. You have an OC no one is interested? Cool, Ash is now interested in writing with them. You have a crazy rp idea you want to pursue? Ash is the first in line to give it a try. Whenever I write with Ash, I know it’s going to be a new and exciting adventure, each story is different from the next, and with each muse, they shift tones effortlessly; Stephen King would envy them. I made a post probably a month or two ago about how I wanted to write with an Edward Scissorhands, and within approximately 10 seconds, they volunteered to add him to her muse roster, and a mutual friend of ours even went to comment “I was going to tag Ash but it seems she’s already here” and why is that? Seokjin invites Mun to go to the annual BigHit Halloween party.

*Mun’s POV*

“Isn’t the Halloween party for the BigHit staff only??” I asked Seokjinie as he suggested I come to the Halloween party this coming Friday. “Ahh, yes, but I also never listen to the BigHit staff,” he said on the other side of the phone. “You can come and I can deal with the staff if anyone complains,” he said. “Ok, fine, since you keep insisting. I know you won’t give up until I agree,” I said as I began to brush my teeth.

Seokjinie and I had become rather close friends over time. In fact, I would even consider him to be one of my best friends. Sometimes I feel like we act more like a couple, but I dare not think about us that way. I’m sure he only views me as a friend, and I don’t want to ruin the good friendship that we had.

“Ahhh you know me too well, Mun. I will see you on Friday, then. I hope you sleep well tonight,” he said. “You too, Seokjinie… good night!!!” I said with a muffled voice as my mouth was now full of foam from brushing my teeth. I hung up the phone and rinsed out my mouth before heading out of the bathroom and going down the hall to my sister’s room.

“Sounds like I’m going to the party with you on Friday…” I said as I leaned against Min’s doorframe. “Oh? The one that’s for BigHit staff only??” Min asked. I shrugged. “Seokjinie said I could, so I guess he’ll make it happen or whatever,” I answered. Min looked at me with a smirk. “So you’re like his plus one??” Min teased. I rolled my eyes. “No, he said nothing at all about being his date!! He doesn’t see me that way,” I said.

“What’s he dressing up as?” Min asked, continuing her nightly routine as we talked. “I think he said Mario,” I said. “Ohhhh you should show up to the party as Princess Peach!! It’d be the cutest couple costume!!” Min suggested. “Oh my goodness, noooo that’d practically be me saying ‘DATE ME, SEOKJINIE!’ And I’m not about to risk scaring him away…” I said. “But that does give me a good costume idea,” I added, heading to my room to begin looking online for the costume I had in mind.

I arrived to the BigHit annual Halloween party with the rest of the members, but decided to wait in the lobby until Mun arrived. The party was fun every single year, but this year I was especially excited to have my best friend by my side. I straightened my mustache, as I was dressed like Mario this year and then pulled out my buzzing phone. “Oi, Mun!! Are you here yet?? I’m waiting for you until I go into the party!!” I said as I answered Mun’s call.

“I’m here, Seokjinie!! Calm down, I’m standing right behind you,” she said. I turned and looked down to see a short, cute Luigi standing behind me with her phone up to her face, pulling it down as I turned fully towards her, a big smile growing on my face. “Mun!! I barely recognized you with the mustache, so I’m glad you called me,” I teased with a laugh. “This is perfect,” I said, rubbing the sides of her arms as I looked at her costume.

She spun around and did a classic Luigi pose. “Mario always needs his P2 with him!!” she said with a laugh. I spun around and matched her with my own Mario pose. “Yahoo! Let’sa go!!” I said in the cheesiest Mario voice I could muster, causing Mun to laugh hard… one of my favorite things to hear.

The two of us went over to the elevators to head up to the floor where the party was at. There was a bodyguard screening who was trying to get on the elevator, and he stopped us as we approached. “Let’s see your BigHit staff ID,” he said, looking down at Mun. Before she could reply, I spoke up.

“Ohhh you wouldn’t dare separate Mario from his brother, even if not a BigHit staff??” I asked in my cheesy Mario voice, pulling Mun into a side hug. I could feel my ears grow hot underneath my hat as her arm reciprocated and rested around my waist, but I acted natural. The guard looked back and forth between us, so I whispered, “one person won’t hurt anything!”

After apparently thinking about it, he shrugged and stepped aside. I smiled widely under my mustache and bowed politely before the guard. “Ohhh, thank you, thank you very much,” I said, pulling Mun after me onto the elevator. Once the doors shut, the both of us turned to each other excitedly, locking both of our gloved hands without realizing it.

“I can’t believe that actually worked!!!” Mun exclaimed. “I can’t either!! I really thought we were going to have to climb up 30 flights of stairs!!” I replied with a laugh, bouncing slightly as I was excited. We released our hands and both faced the door when I felt Mun’s hand grab my arm. “I barely know anyone here, so you better not leave me,” she said, looking up to me.

I smiled down at her and straightened her mustache slightly. “Don’t worry, I need my P2 with me,” I said, affectionately patting her head, though what I really wanted was to take her in my arms and hold her fully… but I couldn’t bear to risk losing whatever it was we had between us.

The forums continue their back and forth conversations about the upcoming season. Many theorize about what familiar faces will appear on their screens and attempt to win the attention of a worldwide audience. From personal friends to hopeful influencers, names are tossed every which way - some even with pictures and predictions. But how could they know for sure? After all, Big Star Ent. has always been good about keeping their secrets behind tightly shut doors.

It’s sudden that it doesn’t even seem real, but a broadcast airs on all major news channels. The four previously announced hosts sit together for their press conference.

🌟 - Who was your very first rp muse? 

Answered just two asks earlier, but again, that’d be Starfire if I don’t count the little things beforehand!

Outside of that, earlier there had been Princess Peach too, and Misty from Pokemon, and a good bunch of OCs where,

lemme just mention Lightning since I’ll never bring her out anywhere, even if she isn’t really anything like a first muse or anything - basically a genderbended version of Kid Flash, though more worked into an OC. She still has a similar-enough look and the same ability (= speed, duh) though, and I feel like I know absolutely not enough about speedsters and all that stuff, and I also feel like her basic concept (’genderbended kid flash’) was like too stupid, to ever bring her out anywhere again.

⌛ - How long have you been rping? 

That depends on if I count the earlier things too or not.

I don’t remember how long ago those guestbook-thingies were that I did, that’d probably already be like idk 15 years or so ago, but I really don’t know if I should count those.

Then there was the RPing with my one (and only) online-friend, that started like 10 years ago. It wasn’t actually ‘out in public’, though, just a thing between us two, so again I’m not sure if it counts.

As for RPing on here, within an actual RPC? It’s been pretty much exactly 5 years now!

💝 - Who are some rpers you look up to? 

I always feel obliged to mention the one blog that basically brought me into here (though they won’t know, we never were mutuals or anything and never talked or anything outside of me sending some anons), a Kid Flash, here. (And please if you read this and do know them, don’t tell them about this, I absolutely don’t need to be known/seen/recognized by them, I’m fine just silently following their blog and the cool art they do)

Then, well, “looking up to” feels like a pretty big thing, and kinda like it shouldn’t include those that I actually am writing with? Which, doesn’t really leave much, so let me instead just name a few of my interaction partners that I really love.

You, for example! Then nvertoolate, skymade and all her blogs, merveiilles, flashgotthis - okay that’s enough making me all nervous for today.

🎥 - What’s your favorite tv show/movie? 

Again answered this two asks before this one, but to mention something else, hm.

I like RWBY! I currently watch a thing called ‘The Gifted’, which is pretty interesting, too. The Mandalorian is pretty cool too, and the various Star Trek things that exist.

🎼 - What’s your favorite song? 

At the moment, this very strongly is Purge the Poison from Marina!

I’ve carried the idea for a while that all the stuff going on these days is just Earth’s way to fight against the virus humanity that’s killing it more and more, and this song just captures that thought so well and I just really dig it. It also reminds me of Poison Ivy where I still miss a RPer from idk years ago or so so that’s a bonus too.

🎶 - Who’s your favorite singer/band/music producer? 

My usual answer to this is MIKA! I dig a lot of his songs, a lot, and they’re just fun and cheerful and great and yeah!

Some other names would be A Great Big World, The Script, and well given my current fav song probably Marina too!

🎮 - What’s your favorite video game? 

I’m like so excited for the new Pokemon Snap! I loved that game back then, and I really hope the new one is a similarly great experience.

Outside of that, Mario Kart, the Pokemon Stadiums back on the N64 were great too with all these minigames. Kirby! Yeah that’s about it for what I can think of right away!

And on the PC, there’s Overwatch which I play more or less regular each day - the community is NOT good but I like the game still. (And for those curious, I never play competitive outside of maybe to get placed to earn some coins from it, so don’t expect me to be placed well or something, I play for fun and casually all the time.)

7. Who was the very first muse you ever wrote?

I think it was Rikku? I was like hardly in middle school writing on forums. I used to be on EoFF and also jumped on the making proboards trend. However, she didn’t really stick. I let other people decide the muse for me + honestly everything felt really inauthentic. I was also like, 10 or 11 at the time, so y’know. I also remember starting Eiko Carol like shortly after, and she had like a school badge and everything... this was on LiveJournal though. She also didn’t stay very long, but that’s mainly because I had just started going back to school ( I’d been homeschooled for two years ) and it was hard for me to keep up with schoolwork. I eventually explored a few other muses ( Zidane Tribal, Rubedo from Xenosaga, Maximillion Pegasus, Selphie Tilmitt, Fujin from VIII ), all during 8th and 9th grade. Then I stopped again until I got roped to join Tumblr with Yuffie. And then... as they say, the rest is history.

Winter just wants me to be roasted. Okay then.

If I’m being completely honest, I’ve been roaming in otome land for like the last year & now I read a lot of OC or reader fic ahaha. But! Outside of me trying to fulfill my needs for hugs.......

Rufus & any of his Turks. Tseng is an obvious one, but I’ve seen a lot of good fic with Reno and Rude too, so I don’t want them to be excluded.

Wrightworth. I enjoy Phoenix & Maya’s partnership but Miles has been there from the beginning & they each play a role in each other’s redemption arcs. They’re always together anyway. 

Joseph Joestar & Caesar Zeppeli. Easily. 

Snow Villiers & Serah Farron. Snow and Fang are also a cool power couple but honestly, he can’t handle her. So I’ll go back to Snow & Serah.  

Soriku. I don’t read any fic, but like honestly the ending of KH3 was just Sokai forced in there and while I am happy for Kairi to like be remembered in canon and that she for like literally four whole seconds got to be not damsel in distress.... ( bc she did again!!! damn!! chronic Princess Peach syndrome out here!! ), like.... y’all I felt robbed. 

While I’m here can we talk about my five not-predator curated ships for Yufi tho?

Rufus & Yufi. I just want the heir to the throne ship. ghiofghdf okay but honestly I could go into this for ages and they just. mesh well. Thank you Square for going all in on my content kthx.

Reno & Yufi. Very much the “we messed around for a summer and it meant nothing so we still have a solid friendship, but it was fun while it lasted” kind of dynamic. Definitely the “wyd?” kinda dynamic. Both of them are married to their careers, have no time to commit to other people, so like... you know. Bet.

Leon & Yufi. I love their partnership in KH, it’s so good. With the Twilight Town crew and the Ice Cream gang, I think they get overshadowed nowadays. But they were the true MVP. 

I don’t know how I almost forgot Tseng & Yufi. But OH MY GAWD. Look. I have a lot of feelings on this. I am excited to see lately the depictions of Tseng disconnected from his Wutai roots, because I am weak for all iterations of that man, but like honestly I think some of the most enjoyable writing I’ve had here on Tumblr has come from writing this ship. 

Wild card! I’d be remiss to not include @flamereign​ ! I feel like people just see Lea and Yufi as these high energy characters and kinda forget about their tragic backstories. I’m glad that KH3 for one let us see how hot Lea is in updated graphics, but also it really touched on that there are some sore spots & that he’s tender-hearted for those he cares about & he’s still working through his own trauma. Even in a completely safe universe, per say, he’d still have his own healing to work on full time.... so. Also Enya is a true peach and I adore her, so. Thank you for sticking with me through everything. 

Bonus! I want to include @garrotejima​ too. I just think Majima and Yufi have something special, and I love that Dean goes along with any verse and any dumb idea I have. I can say a lot about Majima & I’m biased because... I love him, but like... I just really enjoy how he can kind of see through Yufi’s bullshit and can support her, and I also love that Yufi loves him and all of his antics, not in spite of them or as an exception or anything like that. Whether he’s roughed up from a fight or in the thrill of the battle or in thigh highs or just being silly with baseball, Yufi’s like... so soft for him. It’s fun to write Yufi having tender moments with someone and Majima just... allows her to feel comfortable being vulnerable & it’s so good. It’s so good. I love them. I also love Dean, too. Haven’t bragged about them in a while, it was time I hit the quota!

Working as the manager of the night cap is similar to home in some ways, at least to him, there’s a carnality that’s both repressed and exalted and oberyn is known for his carnality, his appetites and his red blood. under his leadership at the night cap you can guarantee any of his dancers will be well taken care of, and won’t have to worry about a thing.

WHO IS THE MUSE/S?

TOMIOKA GIYUU: Water Hashira. Lost his parents, older sister and best friend to demons. Depression given human form, cursed with a resting b*tch face, completely lacking in self-awareness and has no idea how to interact with people ( often resulting in him unintentionally insulting them? whoops ). He hates speaking unless he absolutely has no other choice, would literally give his life to protect the Kamado siblings ( don’t test him!!! ). Created his own unique style, “Lull”. Surprisingly kind and lowkey empathetic deep beneath his blank exterior. Has a soft spot for siblings, especially sisters, mildly projecting his own feelings onto them. Values the lives of others well above his own. Views himself as an eyesore, unworthy of his status despite his strength. Keeps others at arm’s length because of this. Quietly sentimental, his haori acting as a physical reminder of the loved ones he lost. Likes animals, but they don’t like him. Basically, he needs more friends, please help him he’s so lonely???

KAMADO TANJIRO: Demon Slayer, Dance of the Fire God breath user, full-time older brother and firstborn son with an amazing sense of smell that defies all logic. The personification of compassion and empathy. Has likely known you for 0.5 seconds and will now die for you. On the flip side, if you threaten or hurt anyone he loves, he will absolutely decimate you, don’t even try it. Adores his sister and close friends more than life itself and doesn’t even stop to think if they’re ever in any danger. Driven, dedicated, has made it his mission to befriend as many people as humanly possible no matter their backgrounds or lifestyles. Won’t tolerate mistreatment of others and will stand up to anyone he views as wrong/a bully regardless of someone’s status. Has a strong moral compass and won’t hesitate to kill demons who excessively harm innocents, but expresses empathy towards his fallen opponents in their final moments. Can talk to and understand birds ( and likely other animals ). He’s basically a Disney Princess. A tone-deaf one.

SABITO: Dead, but I do what I want, so he has an alternate verse. Technically a Demon Slayer ( takes on missions from time to time ) but acts as a Swordsmen Cultivator alongside Urokodaki due to an injury in his Final Selection which has affected his abilities to fight for extended periods of time. Water breath user. Rough around the edges, quick temper, does not tolerate any whining or complaining. Typically keeps his true emotions close to his chest, but in moments of extreme stress, they come rising to the surface, especially when someone he cares about is hurt/in danger. A harsh trainer, an advocate of tough love. Under the guise of an abrasive attitude and a slew of insults, he’s encouraging and motivational. Confident, precise, dedicated, efficient. Wastes no time putting himself in harm’s way to protect others, even strangers. Refuses to let anyone give up or waste their life while there’s still so much they can do with it. Will Not Hesitate To Kick Your Ass. Dogs love him and he loves them. 

RENGOKU KYOJURO: Also dead, but I still do what I want, so he has an alternate verse as well. Flame Hashira ( recovering / retired ), focused on training a Tsuguko to take his place and bolster the Demon Slayer ranks. Loud. Rambunctious. Enthusiastic. Passionate. The type to wear a smile to bring comfort to those he aims to protect. Follows his strict moral principles to a T, will not falter or compromise for anyone or anything. Cares immensely for his younger brother and father, wants nothing more than to make his deceased mother proud. Keeps his negative emotions to himself, rarely opens up to those around him, but his friendly attitude attracts people to him regardless. The type to take kids in need of a role model under his wing and will protect them fiercely as he views it as his duty to do so. Animal lover.

POINTS OF INTEREST.

GIYUU is instantly recognisable by his haori. The maroon half once belonged to his deceased sister, the cube patterned half belonged to Sabito, his best and only friend. Other than that, he purposefully does as little as possible so as not to stand out. He prefers to go unnoticed and will rarely approach/speak to strangers unless given a proper reason to.

TANJIRO stands out from the crowd for a multitude of reasons: he wears hanafuda earrings that carry a certain weight amongst demons ( or, rather, Muzan himself ), he bears a scar-like birthmark on his forehead, he wears a bright green and black checkered haori over top of his uniform and, last but not least, he is often seen carrying a large wooden box, where his younger sister sleeps during their travels. His bright smile and friendly personality will undoubtedly draw you in from the get-go — he thrives on interactions with other people and willingly seeks them out.

SABITO is instantly recognisable by the peculiar fox mask with a scar by the right side of its mouth that he is often seen wearing, paired with peach coloured hair that reaches past his shoulders. Beneath his mask, there’s an identical scar by the right side of his mouth, but it is rare for him to take off his mask by choice. He holds little regard for social status ( he’ll only ever express respect for Urokodaki or those who have beaten him in combat ) and can be quite abrupt, regardless of someone’s rank or standing, doubly so if he feels someone is needlessly complaining.

KYOJURO is a man who stands out, whether intentionally or not. Loud ( seriously, his volume is permanently cranked to the max ), rambunctious, wearing brightly coloured clothes and possessing even brighter hair, he is the epitome of ‘out there’. It is hard not to notice him.

WHAT THEY’VE BEEN UP TO.

GIYUU is embarking on missions issued to him by his Kasugaigarasu or attending meetings alongside his fellow Hashira. In his downtime, he keeps mostly to himself, either by training or meditating. His main motivation is to prevent innocent people from suffering at the hands of demons.

TANJIRO’S arc depends entirely on what point in the series I’m writing something for. His main motivation is to focus on finding a way to make his sister human again, defeating Kibutsuji Muzan and fulfilling his role as a Demon Slayer.

SABITO is either embarking on missions issued to him by his Kasugaigarasu, spending time with Makomo or working alongside Urokodaki as a Swordsmen Cultivator. His main motivation is to focus on keeping himself fit and healthy, coping with the lingering effects of his injury and fulfilling any missions given to him.

KYOJURO is focusing on his recovery and is eager to return to his status as Hashira ( or he’s in retirement, dependent on the partner ). His main motivation is to find and train a Tsuguko to take over from him in his retirement, preparing them for the duties and hardships a Hashira must face.

WHERE TO FIND THEM.

In between missions ( which is a very infrequent occurrence ), GIYUU can be found at his “estate” — a modest house by a pond at the edge of a forest that lacks any furnishing or personal touches. He views it as more of a place of rest between missions rather than an actual home and thus sees no need to decorate it. Typically, Giyuu is hard to pin down. He throws himself from one mission to the next, forcing himself to stay on the move. A lot of this is to help as many people as possible and fulfil his duty as a Demon Slayer, however, it’s also a form of self-punishment/self-harm. TW SUICIDAL TENDENCIES. By refusing himself proper rest, he can punish himself for his perceived failings, which is the least of what he believes he deserves. He wholly expects ( and, one some level, wants ) to die on his missions and fully believes it’s the best thing for him.

TANJIRO can be found all over the place, as he rarely stays still in one place for very long. He’s become a frequent visitor at the Butterfly Estate due to the injuries he often receives on his missions, but aside from that, he no longer has a place he truly calls home. He’s often on the move, his missions and duties as a Demon Slayer keeping him busy. Until he can help his sister become human again and defeat Kibutsuji Muzan once and for all, he’ll continue to fight for as long as it takes.

SABITO’S sole permanent residence is with Urokodaki at the foot of Sagiri Mountain, where he spends most of his time as he helps train budding swordsmen. However, when he’s called upon, Sabito will take to the road to fulfil his duties as a Demon Slayer.

KYOJURO frequently visits his estate to check in on his younger brother and ensure his father is doing well. Otherwise, he can be found all over the place, visiting his fellow Hashira, or any wounded swordsmen at the Butterfly Estate. When he’s called upon, he, like everyone else, will take to the road to fulfil his duties as a Demon Slayer.

CURRENT PLANS.

Arcs my muses will be going through already or in the nearby future.

GIYUU recognising that his lack of self-worth is harmful and trying to change the way he thinks about himself/interacts with those around him. Giyuu struggling with his attempts to change, frequently slipping back into old habits and slowly finding his footing again.

TANJIRO learning how to further utilise his Dance of the Fire God breath. Facing his feelings regarding everything he’s been through so far, as he’s never had the chance to truly acknowledge it all. 

SABITO continuing to work at his strength, despite many years having passed since his injury. Connecting with people rather than continuing to isolate himself due to his continuous struggle with depression. Helping to train other budding swordsmen or helping to polish the skills of already well-established Slayers.

KYOJURO building himself back up to his full strength. Depending on the partner, either returning to duty and training his Tsuguko or retiring from being a Hashira and focusing on bolstering the strength of any newbies to the Demon Slaying Corps while training his Tsuguko.

DESIRED INTERACTIONS.

**  If you have any ideas for any of my muses that aren’t listed here, I’m more than open to anything!! These are mostly things I’m thinking of off the top of my head.

GIYUU: I’d like to explore him attempting to connect with his fellow Hashira ( OC or canon ) following his chat with Tanjiro, overcoming his feelings of worthlessness and learning how to cope with his depression, or even forming an older brother/younger sibling dynamic with any of the kids ( OC or canon ). Experiencing symptoms of his PTSD. Any interactions ranging from emotional to lighthearted and fun would be great!

TANJIRO: I’d like to explore Tanjiro having a moment to properly grieve the death of his family and being forced to face the full weight of his feelings, especially around the anniversary of their deaths or any birthdays, particularly with a Nezuko, or anyone who may be interested! Tanjiro experiencing symptoms of his PTSD. Shenanigans at the Butterfly Estate/a house with a Wisteria Crest. Going on missions together. Having some downtime in a village/town. Someone educating Tanjiro on the more modern goings-on ( think his reaction to the train ).

SABITO: Having him meet other members of the KNY cast ( OC or canon ), whether helping them on a mission or offering extra training during the Hashira training arc. Sabito expressing vulnerability with someone, being able to smile and laugh with them etc. INTERACTIONS WITH A GIYUU!!! Sabito showing signs of struggling with the lasting effects of his injury. Experiencing symptoms of his PTSD.

KYOJURO: Expressing difficulty in recovering from his injuries after his fight with Akaza, verbally or otherwise. Struggling with his newly altered depth of field, expressing rare and mild frustration over it. Spending time with his fellow Hashira. Choosing a Tsuguko ( typically defaulting to Tanjiro, if fellow Tanjiros are okay with it, but this is open to other characters who would like to explore this!! ). Forming an older brother/younger sibling dynamic with any of the kids ( OC or canon ). Experiencing symptoms of his PTSD.

OFFERED INTERACTIONS.

AKA things my muses can offer to yours.

GIYUU: Extremely awkward, stunted, one-sided conversations! Yay! Hesitant attempts at friendship ( specifically for Hashira muses ), impassiveness, extremely mild contentedness around Tanjiro and Nezuko in particular. Sadly, without a solid plot/idea in place, Giyuu is pretty flat when it comes to interactions due to his personality.

This blog is set to low activity! I’m a slow writer with extremely erratic bursts of inspiration because work kicks my ass and depression is a little b*tch. Some days I’ll write a lot, other days I won’t write anything at all. There’s rarely any in-between, but I’m working on trying to change that. I operate best with plenty of plotting and regular chats ( whether in the IMs/Discord/in the tags of threads ), as I find it extremely motivational to get to know the mun I’m writing with and maybe even plot out a relationship as we go!

I don’t mind if you favour a single muse over the others! I don’t mind if you want to write with every single one of them! I don’t mind threads with duplicates of my muses! I don’t mind multiple threads, even if we don’t always finish all of them and get hit with a new idea! I’m more than happy to go with the flow — so long as we’re having fun that’s all that matters.
