क्या है मोती की खेती?

मोती की खेती करने के लिए एक तालाब की जरूरत पड़ती है। जहां सीप को रखा जाता है। सीपों को एक जाल में बांधकर 30-45 दिनों के लिए तालाब में रखा जाता है जिससे वो अपने लिए जरूरी वातावरण बना सके। उसके बाद उन्हें निकाल कर उसमें एक सांचा डाला जाता है। इसी सांचे पर कोटिंग के बाद सीप लेयर बनाती है, जो आगे चलकर मोती बन जाता है।

धैर्य रखना है जरूरी

मोती की खेती करने के लिए आपको इस बात का ध्यान रखना होगा कि आप इसमें जल्दबाजी न दिखाएं क्योंकि इसका रिजल्ट देर से ही सही लेकिन अच्छा मिलता है। सीप में मोती को तैयार होने में करीब 12 से 14 महीने का समय लग जाता है। तालाब के पानी में सीप को 30-45 दिन के लिए रखने के बाद इसे धूप और हवा लगानी पड़ती है। इसके बाद सीप का कवच और मांसपेशियां ढीली होती है। तब जाकर सीप की सर्जरी कर इसके अंदर सांचा डाला जाता है। सांचा जब सीप को चुभता है तो अंदर से एक पदार्थ निकलता है। थोड़े अंतराल के बाद सांचा मोती की शक्ल में तैयार हो जाता है। सांचे में कोई भी आकृति डालकर उस डिजाइन का मोती आप तैयार कर सकते हैं।

हर साल हो सकती है लाखों की कमाई

मोती की खेती करने पर आप हर महीने लाखों की कमाई कर सकते हैं। लेकिन यह तालाब के आकार पर निर्भर करता है। जितने बड़े तालाब में आप यह खेती करते हैं उतनी ज्यादा कमाई की संभावना बढ़ जाती है। मोती पालन की सारी प्रक्रिया करने के बाद बिक्री की जाती है। इसी से आपकी कमाई होती है। यदि किसान परंपरागत खेती के साथ व्यवसायिक रूप से मोती की खेती करें तो उन्हें दोहरा लाभ हो सकता है। मोती की खेती को एक बिज़नेस की तरह करने के लिए आप किसी बिज़नेस कोच की मदद भी ले सकते है।

सरकार भी करती है मदद

मोती की खेती करने के लिए सरकार भी कई तरह से आपकी मदद करती है। इसके तहत किसानों को कई तरह की योजनाओं के माध्यम से लाभ पहुंचाया जा रहा है। मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स की माने तो राजस्थान सरकार की ओर से मोती की खेती पर किसानों को 12.50 लाख रुपए की सब्सिडी दी जा रही है। ये सब्सिडी कुल लागत का 50 प्रतिशत है। यानि मोती की खेती पर करीब 25 लाख रुपए का खर्च आता है जिसमें 12.50 लाख रुपए की सब्सिडी सरकार देती है। जिन किसानों के खेत में तालाब हैं वे इसमें मोती की खेती करके लाखों रुपए की कमाई कर सकते हैं। इसी तरह अन्य राज्य सरकारें भी मोती की खेती करने वाले किसानों को तरह-तरह की सब्सिडी दे कर उनका मनोबल बढ़ा रही हैं। जिससे वे आत्मनिर्भर भारत की ओर अपना कदम बढ़ा सकें।
