12 - What's some good advice you want to share?

Don't compromise your morals/values/priorities for someone else.

It doesn't matter who it is, don't do it. It might suck but it will suck so much worse if you give up on yourself on behalf of someone else.

(I can think of a number of situations where I was kinda forced to choose between people I was friends with and my priorities and shit and I chose me and like...yeah it was uncomfortable, yeah I was upset for a while, but I look back on it now and I'm glad I did. I would have fucked up a lot of shit for myself if I hadn't)

14 - What's something you've always wanted to do but maybe been scared to do?

Get a tattoo! My family isn't the most pro-tattoo and I am super indecisive so I've always been kind of worried about how people would react or what I would get (like, I have a hard time putting stickers on things. Can I really commit to permanent ink??) But lately I've been seriously considering some designs that I think I really do like because they have meaning to me so...I might get one some day. (Maybe for my birthday next year lol!)

4 - What's your favorite line of dialogue?

Oh man there's so many! There's not much dialogue in this piece as a whole but since I have to choose, I'm quite fond of Wayne's comment to Eddie where he says "Maybe all this Santa business is good for you, kid. Seems to have turned you into one jolly son of a bitch."

5 - What part was hardest to write?

Probably the scene with Jason since I had already written that part in detail in the first part of the series. It was kind of difficult to portray the same scene from a different point of view without repeating all of the same dialogue, so I had really think to come up with whatever insights Eddie would have about it.

9 - Were there any alternate versions of this fic?

Not so much alternate versions as different parts of the same story told from different POVs. The first part in the series (mentioned above) is thrilling christmas, trembling fear, which is from Jason's pov (for those of you that haven't read them) and I haven't started it yet I don't think BUT I *am* planning on writing a third installation from Chrissy's pov about her joining the Munsons for dinner.

She smiles at him, and it’s enough for his face to crumple and for him to drop his head to bury it in the crook of her neck. He squeezes her to him until his crying dissolves into laughter. He sits back up and points at himself. “I’m- I’m gonna be a dad?”

Chrissy nods and tucks a lock of hair behind his ear. “You’re gonna be a dad.”

“I’m gonna be a fucking dad!” Eddie grins and runs a hand through his hair in disbelief. “Holy shit. And you! You’re gonna be a mom!”

Chrissy nods again. "I'm gonna be a mom!"

Eddie takes her hand and squeezes it. "Holy shit," he breathes. "I can't— oh my God. Are you not freaking out? How are you not freaking out?"
