#tastytuesday and got to enjoy this 42 year old #singlegrain scotch whisky #cambus bottled by @perfectfifthspirits and at 57.6 it just sings. 2020 is the year of independent bottlers for me, I want to get to know these #ironchef of #whisky. This #scotchwhisky for example is from a distillery that closed in 1993 and they matured its refill #bourbon barrel so you get the spicy ness of #singlegrainwhisky and the smoothness and viscosity of #bourbon. Great pour and paired with a #beetsalad they compliment each other with the oiliness. I can’t wait to try more #scotch from #perfectfifthspirits.
