❤️My periods have always been an painful experience for me. I'll not only get body ache, nausea but slight fever as well not to mention killer cramps. A little bit of splash and surf is all enough to give our moods a happy surge. Here's an idea! From now on, please don’t. There’s no harm in any way. So go do your bit of swimming even when you are riding the crimson tide. There’s nothing wrong. Paddling in ice cold water reduces your regular cramps. As an added bonus, it reduces the flow for sometime as the cold in the water clamps the blood vessels.
