Let's start with a bit of shitpost, shall we? Spoilers ahead.
shitpost: March of the Machine is an alternate backstory to start the Transformers Universe.
How?
(Spoilers below the cut for Magic: the Gathering)
Well, we're going to have some pretty big spoilers for Magic: the Gathering's most recent storyline, including content from the last year or so, starting with Kaldheim and up until this upcoming set, March of the Machine, although the connections to content earlier than Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty are tangential at best.
Also, both Magic: the Gathering and Transformers are owned by Hasbro, and as of late have actually had some crossover content, mostly on the Magic: the Gathering side of things with the recent Secret Lairs.
I believe we should be getting close to the cut now, if we aren't already. Even so, one last warning before we jump into it, because it is going to be a DOOZY of a jump. Ready?
Are you sure?
Okay. Let's light this candle.
Jace and Vraska are Compleated in Phyrexia: All Will Be One (Note this name for later).
Jace has set up in both himself and Vraska a series of magical effects that are able to recover their true selves from the Compleation process. When they are, they leave (most) of their flesh behind and are machines.
To understand why this is significant, we need to understand what a planeswalker is and what phyresis is.
To become a planeswalker, a sentient being ignites their magical potential in something called a 'Spark' that acts as the core of their being. Notably, in order to have a Spark, the being must have a soul, which is inextricably bound to it. Planeswalkers have immense power, far more than a normal body would allow for, and are able to traverse different worlds with their vast power.
Phyresis is a process through which a living being (does not need to be sentient) is converted into a metallic one. It is noted that oftentimes the soul will leave the body as it dies and as such, the Phyrexian that is created is a new being.
Previously, Planeswalkers could not be compleated through Phyresis because in order to keep their spark, they had to have their soul intact and thus the process would more likely simply kill them, or they could escape with their soul. With Jin-Gitaxis's research and rapid development of the Phyrexian oil during and following the events of Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty, the oil could finally compleat a soul, and with that, Planeswalkers could be compleated, as happened with Jace and Vraska.
Now, there's a little problem. The Oil has a sort of Hive-mind like effect on the Compleated, making them unerringly loyal to Phyrexia.
Or it would, if Jace Beleren, expert of specifically rewiring brains with magic, didn't intentionally walk into being Compleated. Effectively backdooring the process of Compleation, Jace was able to preserve the minds of himself and Vraska, albeit with some difficulty. They teleport away as the war rages on.
So where does that leave us? With two sentient organic machine people with sentient cores called a 'Spark'.
Where have we heard this before? Oh yeah baby.
But wait, there's more.
Alright, so we've established that Planeswalkers have the ability to make their own worlds. Admittedly there was a bit of a hard nerf after the Rifts on Dominaria, but if there are multiple 'walkers involved, it seems like that might be possible. The biggest example of this is Karn, who made the world of Argentum, which became Mirrodin, which became New Phyrexia… whoopsie.
So, for your consideration, if multiple planeswalkers work together to make a new world, following the blueprint of Karn, we could theoretically have ourselves a start to a metal world, made by creatures of organic metal powered by sentient Sparks.
Aeons pass, their creations take shape and eventually we get more organic metal creatures powered by sentient Sparks until we have Cybertronians, metal organic sentient beings powered by sentient sparks that can change their vast forms with a power that seems almost magical. They make a society and there are injustices and boom, civil war.
Two sides. Autobot and Decepticon.
Hey, what was the war cry of the Autobots? The good guys?
"Til All are One!"
Maybe they're still a little Phyrexian after all. : )

The planeswalkers where separated on the surface as norn apparently set up a way to do that to walkers Nahiri got a scratch and is slowly going through phythis, milara found out and was like if we have time I can heal you and nahiri is like no this plane is perfect for me to fight so you can't afford to not have me. Elspeth and koth reunited it was the best part
Thank you! Sounds like slow beginnings, but it makes sense when you realize that this is essentially part 1 to March of Machine's part 2.

So. I was looking at the All Will Be One spoilers, and. The Wanderer’s hypothetical Compleated Form art was a little bit hard to read at a distance, so I zoomed in, and.
She’s caked up. Thicc, even. I was down for being Compleated already but if it’ll get me an ass then sign me the fuck up. Good for her, good for her. We love to see a girlboss winning
