After careful planning of this sweet #earproject and great care by his customer in healing all of these piercings, he was able to switch the jewelry out to this lovely all White faux-pal cabochon gem set piece of fine titanium jewelry. Topping the 4x threaded 14g posts are 2x 5mm Titanium 3 Prong-set Faux-pal Gem Threaded Ends (TPRFPG-5mm) on the outside, and 2x 4mm Titanium 3 Prong-set Faux-pal Gem Threaded Ends (TPRFPG-4mm) in the center.
