Acupuncture for my tight hips, lower back, and Piriformis syndrome.(A disorder in which the piriformis muscle in the buttocks irritates the sciatic nerve.) Acupuncture is a system of integrative medicine that involves pricking the skin or tissues with needles, used to alleviate pain and to treat various physical, mental, and emotional conditions. My hope is that we can loosen everything up and allow me to gain core strength and have reduced inflammation in my body. Dikkat edin, yalancı siyatik ağrısı olarak da bilinen Priformis Sendromu yaşıyor olabilirsiniz. . . ⚡️Priformis Sendromu, temel olarak siyatik sinirinin priformis kası altında sıkışmasıyla ortaya çıkan genellikle bel fıtıkları ile karışan bir rahatsızlıktır. Gerçekte anatomik farklılıklar, priformis kasın��n sertleşmesi, eklem sertlikleri ve bazı dış faktörler hastalığa yol açar. Priformis kası, kuyruk sokumu omurlarının önünden başlayıp uyluk kemiğinin arka kısmına yapışan, yassı, piramit şeklinde oblik yerleşimli bir kastır. . ⚡️Kalçaya gelen künt darbe ve kısa dışa döndürücü kaslarda hematom oluşumunu takip eden yumrulaşma siyatik sinir basısına neden olabilir. Bazen de kalçaya gelen şiddetli bir darbe siniri besleyen çok ince damarları tıkayıp sinirin harap olması sonucu benzer yakınmalara yol açabilir. . 📌Belirtileri📌 ⚡️Bel ağrısı ⚡️kalça ağrısı ⚡️uyluk ağrısı, ⚡️bacağın arkasına vuran ağrı sık görülür. Bazen de siyataljiler olabilir. Sert zaminlere oturmakla ağrı artar. Ayağa kalkmak ağrıya neden olabilir. Aynı taraftaki ayakta dışa dönme olabilir. Kalça iç rotasyonda da iken alt ekstremitenin abduksiyonu (orta hattan uzaklaşma) kısıtlıdır. Ağrı daha çok uylukta hissedilir. Siyatik sinir basısı varsa bacağa ve ayağa vurur. Bu durumda radikülopati ile karışabilir. Pudendal sinir tutulumu varsa perine (cinsel organların bulunduğu bölge) ağrı ve seksüel ilişki esnasında ağrı olabilir. . 📌Tedavisi 🌟Tedavide Manuel terapi ve egzersiz çok önemlidir .Rehabilitasyonda priformis kasının uzatılmasına çalışılır. Part 1 of 2: Been “bummed” out about my very angry Piriformis Syndrome ☹️ 🍑 . I have been overworking the tush and must scale back my hiking excursions. . . Hiking is my relief. Where I can energy play and develop my musculoskeletal and cardiovascular health. Practice mindfulness, meditation, and my mind, body, spirit connection while conducting kinesiology and proprioception experiments. Where I can ground myself back to earth and conversate with the heavens. . . I couldn’t sleep this night. Woke up at 12am and that was that. I wanted to pack my essentials and hop in the Prius to travel far and have a grand day hike. I could make a sunrise peak hike as far as Vail if I booked it. But I must rest my bum… I pouted about this for a while. Did some yoga, meditation, and cleaning, then pouted some more. I realized that I might not be able to hike up mountains, but I could drive up them and at least get my stretches and meditation done in a more sacred place. I brewed some tea, and I was off. I drove past Chautauqua and headed up Flagstaff Rd. The sun ascended as I did up the mountain. I knew I would be guided to the right place at the right time for the perfect view of the sunrise. I was right, and after one of the switchbacks, I felt a tug to pull over at the upcoming trailhead. The sign read “Crown Rock.”  It must have been no more than 20 degrees Fahrenheit. Wind gusty, but the air so clean and energetic. There was an overwhelming feeling of relief, belonging, and realization. I found the perfect spot to watch the sunrise up on the rock pictured in Pic 3 right up by the tree growing out of the lower ledge.... . .
