Malawi is set to become the latest country in Africa to ban plastic bags! The country's original ban, passed in 2015, had previously been overturned following pressure from plastics manufacturers. On Thursday, seven judges ruled that the ban must be upheld after all. It's a win for environmentalists and all those campaigning on the SDGs to protect life on land and life below water.
