Nach dem Frühstück gehe ich zur Plaza Arturo Prat, die so heißt, weil Arturo Prat als Kapitän hier bei der Seeschlacht gegen Peru am 21. Mai 1891 ums Leben kam. Er wird im ganzen Land als Volksheld verehrt; deshalb findet man fast in jedem Ort Straßennamen mit dem Datum oder seinem Namen. Auf dem Platz befindet sich ein Uhrturm als Wahrzeichen der Stadt.

Später fahren wir mit dem Auto zum Mirador Sur, wo sich eine Christusstatue befindet. Von dort hat man einen guten Ausblick auf die Stadt. Danach fahren wir an die Küste nördlich der Stadt. Dort befindet sich das Monument des unbekannten Seemanns. Hier endet auch die Küstenstraße. Selbst solche Besuchsstätten sind total ungepflegt. Leider haben die Chilenen kein Umweltbewusstsein und keinen Sinn für Sauberkeit; überall trifft man auf Abfall, Hundekot und Schrott.

Am Nachmittag gebe ich schon das Auto zurück. Später schauen wir uns das Museo Naval an, wo wir einiges über die Seeschlacht und die Militärgeschichte erfahren.

Später buche ich Bustickets für Peru. Leider gibt es für den 13.02.24 keine Tickets mehr, so dass wir schon am 12.02.24 nach Arequipa fahren müssen. Außerdem habe ich festgestellt, dass die Fahrt nach Arica doppelt gebucht wurde, obwohl mir die App das nicht anzeigt, sondern nur mein Konto. Ich kann die Tickets mit Gebühr stornieren.

Participará violinista queretano en el concierto de gala de la Orquesta Filarmónica del Estado de Chihuahua

Gobierno del Estado de Chihuahua a través de la Secretaría de Cultura, invita al concierto de la Temporada de Otoño 2022 de la Orquesta Filarmónica del Estado de Chihuahua (OFECh), el cual, tendrá lugar el viernes 21 de octubre en el Teatro de los Héroes a las 20:00 horas y que contará con la participación del violinista queretano, Carlos Gándara.

Con más de 20 años de trayectoria el músico Carlos Gándara ha participado como solista con orquestas como la Sinfónica de Minería, la Filarmónica de Querétaro, Orquesta de Baja California, Orquesta Juvenil Eduardo Mata; También en agrupaciones internacionales como la Kharkov Philarmonic Orchestra, Kaliningrad Symphony Orchestra y Dubai Festival Orchestra.

El concierto dará inicio con la Obertura Trágica Op. 81 del compositor, pianista Alemán, Johannes Brahms, es una pieza orquestal escrita por Johannes Brahms en 1880 en la tonalidad de re menor. Fue estrenada el 27 de noviembre de 1881 en Meiningen bajo la dirección del autor; la pieza fue compuesta en el mismo año que la Obertura del festival académico.

Para dar seguimiento a la participación del solista, se tocará la pieza v para Violín y Orquesta No.1, Op. 6, del músico Italiano, Niccoló Paganini, compuesta entre 1817 y 1818, este concierto revela que la magia técnica de Paganini estaba completamente desarrollada.

Para finalizar el evento, se ejecutará la Sinfonía No.1, Do mayor 2” del compositor francés, Georges Bizet, esta obra compuesta en 1855 y descubierta en 1933 brinda un aire fresco, pero ya marcada por su peculiar estilo, se ha convertido en su pieza sinfónica más popular.

Este concierto, estará bajo la dirección del maestro Iván del Prado, director orquestal de la OFECh, quien ha conducido diversas óperas, operetas y zarzuelas al frente de la Ópera nacional de Cuba, la Asociación Pro-Lírica del Perú, la compañía Teatro Lírico “Rodrigo Prats” y la Ópera Nacional de México. Ha dirigido a relevantes figuras como José Carreras, Luigi Alba y Victoria de los Ángeles.

Los boletos tienen un costo de 200 pesos, con descuento del 50 por ciento para estudiantes, docentes y personas adultas mayores y se pueden adquirir en taquilla de teatro el día del evento, o en preventa en la Sala de Ensayos de la OFECh, en avenida Universidad 2409 (atrás de la Plaza Cultural Los Laureles).

Este miércoles reinauguran obelisco patrimonial que permaneció en el ex regimiento Andalién de Cauquenes

#CAUQUENES: El Museo Histórico y Cultural de Cauquenes celebra la reinauguración del Obelisco Patrimonial, erigido en 1945 en honor al Batallón Cívico Maule. Rescatado del ex Regimiento Andalién Nro. 13 durante la construcción del nuevo Hospital de Cauquenes, el monumento se erige ahora en la Plaza Prat, preservando su invaluable valor histórico.
