#saw someone talking about addicts say have you heard of hobbies?#girl are you fucking stupid. if crocheting could fix systematicly encouraged drug use in low income areas#coupled with a genetic propensity towards addiction#i think we would know about it LMFAO#like it doesn’t matter if YOUVE had issues and never turned to substances because of it you are Not the standard every human being#is held to#and not that there’s a cutoff for ‘acceptable’ addicts to be but#a LOT of children grow up in households where substance abuse is both normalized and encouraged#and if they don’t grow up in households they grow up in communities where this is the norm.#please god for half a second have an ounce of human empathy. we are people too#crying bc society at large will always view me as subhuman once they learn about my past <3 it feels good#personal
