feeling a little silly, might ( aka will ) go out of his way to buy another ugly decoration specifically to annoy kaveh-

every time he thinks oh god, that is the ugliest thing i've ever seen. every time. which means that each time, haitham must (there is no way he could not, kaveh knows he lacks taste, but it can't be... he refuses to believe...) be intentionally looking for something more hideous than the last.

ah, if only kaveh were a better liar. he can't hide his feelings the way his roommate can.

his face twists in disgust, despair, disbelief, before... he laughs. it's a sad, bitter laugh, but a laugh all the same. "you know, if you keep this up, even if it got out that i was living with you, people would take one look at this house and assume there's no possible way any professional designer would ever live anywhere near..." kaveh's eyes narrow at the decoration. is it meant to be a sculpture? it's certainly not functional. Ooh uhhh I've always said my favorite book was A Monster Calls by Patrick Ness, fucking LOVE that book and I actually really enjoyed the movie adaptation they changed such few things but I feel the stuff they added actually benefited??? God there ARE others but I am not home atm and can't look at my shelf LMAO

One of my favorite movies ever is Fantastic Mr Fox don't come for me that movie literally shaped most of my sense of humor and if you watch it I guarantee you will see me in it GFDSASDFG See, my favorite shows are mainly anime but I'm trying to think more live action-esque in which I must say Daredevil and Haunting of Hill House.

"  no,  "  was  the  first  thing  she  blurted  out,  although  it  was  painstakingly  clear  that  it  very  much  was  his  shirt.  the  oversized  fabric  did  not  fit  her  at  all,  rather  looking  like  a  dress  or  a  blanket  that  was  draped  over  her  than  a  shirt.  when  she  woke  up  today,  her  head  was  pounding  from  a  hangover  and  she  threw  on  the  first  thing  she  managed  to  grab  a  hold  of.

it  wasn't  until  later  that  that  thing  belonged  to  alhaitham,  though  she  figured  he  didn't  really  mind  much  —  especially  so  because  he  had  already  left  for  work  at  the  time  milou  arose  from  her  slumber.  

so  why  was  she  so  flustered  right  now?  it  may  have  been  because  their  relationship  was  at  the  early  stages,  maybe  it  was  the  left-over  alcohol  in  her  system  or  maybe  it  was  her  being  .  .  .  actually  embarassed?  this  certainly  was  not  like  her.

when  she  said,  "  i  can  take  it  off  if  you  want  "  in  a  panic,  it  certainly  did  not  help  her  in  getting  herself  out  of  the  hole  she  dug.

      and who is yelan to interrupt such important research ? nothing is said as the man moves around her , though a small smile can be seen on the woman's face . she leans back her head slightly , looking up at him the best she can in this position .

CYNO IS NOT USED TO TOUCH, nor does he find himself wanting to seek it out very often— he is hardly the type to dwell on its absence for most of his life, as the sensation can often be one to turn him away. When unexpected, immediate discomfort tends to set in quick ( a mix of requiring trust and the unpredictable sensory input ). Even with those he's closer to, Cyno is content to have physical contact as something more subtle... more so when he knows nothing is expected of him. Most would take an averse reaction as unwillingness to be around them, so Cyno figures avoiding it altogether would be easier, but with Haitham... someone who is also not often inclined towards touch, Cyno doesn't find himself feeling a similar pressure.

Still, he seems to be in a particularly unique mood today.

"Did I miss something while I was away?" Cyno finally speaks up, silence having lasted from the moment Haitham pulled him close. He no doubt felt the way Cyno stiffened up, not out of discomfort with Haitham himself ( Cyno not only trusts him now, but finds peace around him ) but a natural awkwardness. It doesn't make him pull away, though, and slowly... Cyno tries to relax— clearly, that is something he needs to work on. "I was supposed to be filing a report right about now."
