Flexed💪🏽 VS Relaxed 😕⠀ ⠀ At 11 weeks postpartum it’s still strange to see this little pooch staring back at me in the mirror.⠀ ⠀ I know it’s not the most prominent pooch and but it’s still an insecurity of mine. Not only the visual aspect of it but the strength too.⠀ ⠀ Now that I’m back to working out I can sense the toll that pregnancy has had on my abdominal muscles and lower back. ⠀ ⠀ It’s almost like I’m starting all over.
