In 2016 I had my 2nd boy at 30 years old. I lost myself in the everyday life of taking care of a newborn. I stopped wearing makeup , I just threw on whatever I could find in the closet , I didn’t even attempt to lose the weight and only gained after the birth . This was a complete 180 from the “ hot girl “ era when I met Eddie . It affected my relationship with him because I had no love for myself. In 2018 I embarked on a journey of self care and love that eventually led me to a group of women that support one another in our health and wellness journeys . I just had my 3rd baby boy in Feb of this year and I am taking great care of myself. I have focused on nutrition that is good for my gut health and workouts that have 0 impact for my postpartum body !
