WAIT have you noticed that Agent Stone was wearing an entirely different outfit when he was sadly working at the Mean Bean, waiting for Robotnik’s return, and then changed into his all-black “Robotnik’s assistant” outfit upon learning that he was coming back?

I had a dream about Robotnik and Stone’s reunion in Sonic 4. Stone had a slightly fuller beard with some silver in it (to show that time had passed and that he’d Been Through Some Shit). It was framed like they were going to maybe hug upon seeing each other again, but then Robotnik elbowed Stone hard enough in the sternum it sent him sprawling to the ground, saying something like “Stone! You’re back, finally!” And dropping the things he was holding onto him for Stone to carry <3
