I was originally going to save these for the game announcement, but I think I'm going to have to take a short break so I can work on other things for a bit.

So here they are during the interim.

I don’t often make public posts like this but I just wanted to say a huge thankyou to my long term followers and to those who are more recent. It means a great deal to me and especially at this time. In recent months my father has been unwell and just recently underwent a very important surgery which I’m so happy to say has gone well! He is now back home and recovering but will be getting a follow up surgery in 10 weeks time.

Over the Summer where I live there’s been lots happening and this very adversely affected my mental health. I’m still not 100% and don’t think I ever will be but it got so bad that I considered taking a hiatus from the few sites where I am active.

I’ve decided not to do that after some deep thought as I still want to share my ideas and art however, I will be compartmentalising the TF stuff to the specific side account where all my Transformers Plagued stuff lives. I’m not sure when I’ll update it as I just want to take a break from it and explore making content that isn’t specific to any fandom.

I’m looking really forward to sharing new content and I just again wanted to say thanks to those who continue to support and follow my blog, the recent messages I’ve had have been a huge boost and very uplifting! :) 💜

New stuff to come soon and Halloween is right around the corner, my favourite time of the the year~

We are a group of well furries and our goal is to teach toki pona a conlang created by sonja lang who is also here on tumblr

Hope that any one of you that might be intrested in learning a language like toki pona might check it out

Also before you do i need to say this conlangs aren't for speaking in one country they are made to be used to break language barriers they are smaller in popularity though but are really great

Basically they were made so accents don't matter when speaking and you can understand what the other person is saying

So come on and check us out if ya wanna learn a language like a conlang

Several weeks ago one of my coworkers called me over into her cubicle and gave me a very unexpected gift. Her mother passed away recently, and she'd been packing stuff up at her condo to give to relatives and sell, so the home could be sold. The mother was an avid knitter and crocheter, and when my coworker came upon her stash of equipment, she told me, she "immediately thought of me as someone who might get some use out of it."

So, I have inherited a varied collection of knitting needles and crochet hooks, cable needles, sewing needles, and, best of all, now-out-of-print pattern books, mostly for blankets, because that was what this lady loved to make most. Plus, I also have a bunch of gauge swatches she made, pinned to little bits of card covered in perfect schoolteacher handwriting setting out the patterns they were made to test.

And also...

My coworker brought another bag, full of yarn and...knitted blanket squares. Her mother's last started project, before she got too sick to continue. And she asked if there was anything I could do with it.

It turned out, there are twelve completed squares, and I quickly located the pattern book they are from amid those given to me. It's a book of 60 patterns, meant to be put together however the maker wishes into blankets of 20 squares. I figured out which of the numbered patterns were already made, and selected eight more that I thought might go well with them.

So now! I am working on completing! My coworker's mother's last knitting project!

And I really am feeling very good about doing it.

a project i've been working on since march!! a crochet version of Pearl's hermitcraft season 10 postal bag!!

complete with an adjustable strap, two front pockets shaped like envelopes, a button close, and stamp patches on the back! also comes with an additional Pearlie Post hat!

i. am so damn happy to finally post this. its been done for roughly a month (i wore it with a cosplay to a con!) but ive only been able to get good pics recently :D
