One of the first thing DIO learnt about the modern age was that you never know when you're gonna go rollerblading. Don't forget your kneepads, folks!

I had another thought about Stone Ocean’s fashion designs, and how so many characters wear the infamous boot-pants
And that is just the main cast, you get many more among the other characters
My first shit theories were that Araki had banned feetpics, or that he had given them waders to adapt to Florida swampwater and seawater.
But I was reminded of one point of Japan’s culture, on how important it was for most households to remove one’s shoes when entering the place.
It is a matter of hygiene and respect.
So is this Araki going “My characters are Americans/living as Americans and so they are rude and nasty as fuck”?
Is this Araki deciding that, if ever they would want to remove their shoes to be nice, they would have to walk around the house with no pants and their whole ass (and in some case, tits too) spilling out?
Is this America to Araki?
Below is a reconstitution of part 6 Jotaro removing his snakeskin bootpants in order to visit his mommy because he doesn’t want to be rude to her home
