he shook you awake at your desk

"everything is due within the next three days and I fucked myself over by doing everything last minute and I just can't handle it. my mind is everywhere at once and I just can't focus anymore"

karl put a finger to your lips to get you to stop talking

"you are so smart y/n. you are doing work here that half the planet couldn't understand. its okay to take a break. you needed that break. you are doing so amazing with all of this and you're almost done okay? how can I help you?"

you and karl made a reward system that could keep you motived. every assignment you got done, you got 5 minutes of snuggle time

he would let you lay in his lap while he massaged your hands
