After being ill for what feels like FOREVER I cycled over 60km this weekend completed 17.5 RX by the skin of my teeth almost certainly due to the encouragement of the crew & now I'm chilling in my freshly rennovated swing mainly as that's where my legs gave up. Totally exhausting week, but out of the factory in time for a sprint home on my bike then onto CrossFit - MUCH excite! One of those pivotal WOD's when you've had a long time off, & you realise that you're finally starting to get your strength back (possibly fueled by some casual everyday sexism).
