Why do I hate myself to the point of deciding to rewatch The Magicians? I know what it did to me the first time around, why do I go back?
#the magicians#this show wrecked me#and not in a fun funny way#in a 'hey I'm relapsing' way#it was really bad for my mental health#quentin coldwater is still one of my favourite and most relatable protagonists in fiction#and eliot is not far behind#my heart is destroyed even by the start of this show#I'm currently going to start episode 4 so there's still a long way to go before the bad starts#but well...#wish me luck on my new flavour of self-destruction
