Quick workout using multiple-set style. ✴ You don't have to have dumbbells or kettlebells or a barbell at home. For No1 - use an old handbag loaded with baked bean cans. Just an example. Don't use any glass obviously. You can use cans for No2 & 3. No 4 - use the same - handbag, or any bag with a handle. Put as much weight as your bag can handle as I am sure you will 🤞😁 For No5 can be done on the floor with  or without weight. ✴ How to structure the session? You can follow my patterb or create your own. As long as you do some exercise and imprive daily. ✴ Warm-up first by jumping, skipping, circling arms, run around your garden. When you feel slightly out of breath - you're ready. ✴ 1. Dumbbell squats to upright row 4 x 12 (1 min rest) ✴ 2. Bent over row 4 x 12 (1 min rest) ✴ 3. Split squats 4 x 12 each side ( (1 min rest after you've done both sides) ✴ 4. One arm kettlebell swing 4 x 20 (1 min rest) ✴ 5.
