Made by Chattanooga maker @jamie_lynn_makes ・・・ I intended to finish my fall #modernfansquilt before the baby arrived, but he came a few weeks early so I'm just now finishing! This was such a fun pattern and although I was worried about this scrappy version when I started, I love the finished result! Don't fear the curves, this was really not hard to sew! I thought it was time to seek out some makers makes today.. and boy this version of ring cycles is the best I've seen.. just glorious! The pattern was developed by #lessasiegele after seeing a vintage quilt in the 70's #2sew is the only place you will find it online. Cool hey. Such an honor! Here's what the maker has to say .. let’s spend forever in here - @puffthecamper “ People have been asking to see the inside, we are still figuring out exactly how to best organize and set it up, but here are a few pictures. We went light on interior accessories until we knew how we were going to be using the camper and what would be the best things for our needs. (Luckily the HC1 is totally modular on the inside so we can add things later as we choose!) We are starting with three cubes and three single table tops. We’ve been loving how easy it is to move the cubes around and go back and forth between tables and bed. We have mostly been doing a 9x9 queen bed for sleeping and then during the day putting one table up for a combo table + lounge space (first photo). Today's #igquiltfest prompt is #quiltsinthewild. I love to photograph my quilts outdoors when I can. First up is When God Made Me Born a Yankee He was Teasin', filmed in a state park. Raindrops on the Sidewalk, Garden Path, and Rainbow Connection are all variations of my #Steppingstonesquilt pattern. I took these pictures in a nearby park. Gradations is also a Stepping Stone quilt, shown here at a guild retreat. They can get real wild, believe me! 😊I take my quilts out into the wild whenever I do a #trunkshow at a quilt guild, or a book signing. Next up is #berrycrossquilt--the photo was taken in my own yard. Sometimes taking photos outdoors is challenging. As you can see here we had to chase #brickyardquilt down during a windy photo shoot. Finally, here I am relaxing with a glass of wine after a difficult photo shoot for #watervortexquilt. #quiltsinthewild - todays #IGQuiltFest prompt from @amyscreativeside I have to say I'm a really really lucky girl. I have made some really good friends who are EXTREMELY TALENTED! These pictures were taken by the lovely, kind, generous and hilarious @karmenlindnerphotography apple orchard @lapaceksorchard was in full bloom and Karmen was taking photos for clients ALL DAY LONG - EVERYDAY she could squeeze in with these amazing blooms. Luckily for me she had a baby to photograph that really needed to eat first ... I stole her way to photograph some quilts we just happened to have hanging in the deer fence. Today's #igquiltfest theme is #quiltsinthewild - and, with Easter just a few weeks away, it seemed perfect to share my Risen quilt! I photographed this at our local beach, and love how the colors of the quilt blend into the ocean and sand. I used the colors of a sunrise in creating it, and it's easy to imagine the sunrise (or, in my case, the sunset) over the ocean. Taking photos of quilts outdoors has to be one of the more fun parts of a finish - it's like a mini hunt to find the perfect location for a photo! #risen #theeasterstory #igquiltfestday20

I recently used some of my fabrics from @spoonflower in a quilt! This us tge Perfect Place Quilt Pattern by @liftinglimitsquilting The pattern is beginner friendly and was so fun to make.
