A Russian court has passed huge sentences against three Crimean Muslims on essentially ‘thought crime’ charges, with the longest sentence against a man who is blind and could not have read the books which the FSB planted in his home as ‘evidence’.

Another way you can support crimean tatar prisoners is by sending them a letter to remind them they are not forgotten and people are fighting daily to set them free. Following the link, you can read detailed instructions on how to do this. Unfortunately, the censors won't pass on letters not in russian, so you will have to either play around with translation or use a sample text in the article that you can copy if you don't speak the language.
