Who Am I?

Howdy, folks! My high school friends call me Gigi, but my lover calls me Grace (my first name) or Luna (his special endearment for me). Nonetheless, this is just me, an 18-year-old girl who's taking a bachelor's program in Accountancy—a Freshman, specifically. However, I feel like my scope of knowledge/interests are different from my chosen field. But anyway, here I am, connecting the dots between each of them. I'm really much more into social awareness, legal matters and judiciary, and poetry; and it's literally what my small world is composed of aside from my romantic life. End Of A Regime

Perrhaps the most clear sign of the regime’s imminent demise was when the formerly feared troops of the interior ministry began to surrender to the very demonstrators they had been brought in to suppress rather than fire on the unarmed protestors. Here a corporal of the Internal Security Force, having handed over his weapons to group of female students, is tied up and hustled away to a makeshift prison the young women had established in the common room of the Department of Politics in the Women’s College.

“We women have taken several soldiers prisoner today.” explained masked Philosophy student Rabina Ahmed as she and postgraduate Nadia Hussein led their bound and impassive bearded captive away. “They usually say they want to join the revolution, but we are very wary of spies and plants. That’s why we always tie them up first and take them back to the College for interrogation.”

It seems the new government when it arrives, which it must surely do soon now, will have a decidedly feminist slant.

My brain just couldn’t stop producing ideas, so here’s some more ideas for garden of delights sequel and some MalPometrio love children (feel free to draw them if you like, I love to see that). Beware though, cause this is pretty long.

Malvil children (4 in total): 

Antirnum

Age: 18

Hair: light blonde that fades into turquoise near the ends

Eyes: light purple 

Height: 177 cm

Closely resembles his mama Vil in terms of facial features alongside his hair being the same shoulder length, which he often wears in a low bun or ponytail, but he has the same dragon horns, tail, pointy ears, and forehead scales like his father Malleus.

His name is derived from the word Antirrhinum, the genus word for the snapdragon flowers. 

Having to look after his younger siblings from a very young age, Antirnum has a strong sense of duty in caring for his siblings, which leads him to be rather strict, serious, protective, and responsible. He will diligently work himself to the bone to ensure his siblings safety, no matter what challenges they face as they journey into the unknown world in search of their mothers. However, due to his strict nature and overprotectiveness, he can be a little too controlling of his younger siblings actions and frequently gets paranoid, something that he keeps to himself so as to not worry his siblings. His strict, controlling tendencies often causes Antirnum to frequently butt heads with his youngest brother, Adlin.

Unique magic: 

Poisoned Roses 

He can summon black thorny branches with dark purple and black roses from out of the ground. If someone without the proper protection pricks themselves on the thorns, they will become drowsy and fall into a deep sleep for several hours straight. 

Rabina 

Age: 16

Hair: cool-black with light purple tips

Eyes: light purple

Height: 174 cm

She inherited her father’s eye shape, tail, and black hair color, but she mostly inherited Vil’s features such as his eye color, facial features, and human looking ears. Aside from the tail, she physically appears more nymph than dragon fae, but without the magical nymph allure of her mother. Rabina’s hair reaches down to her upper thighs and she often wears it in a half braid.

Her name is derived from rabe, the German word for raven.

Being the third child and oldest sister, Rabina, like her older brothers, has a strong sense of maternal care for her younger siblings, often acting as a supportive, caring, and loving mother figure towards them. While she is a relatively calm and collected person who doesn’t get angered easily, if any of her siblings are threatened, her calm demeanor will instantly drop and she will tear apart anyone or anything who tries to hurt her siblings. Rabina is also rather close with her older brothers Antirnum and Lucenus, the former of whom she and Lucenus will often comfort whenever his paranoia and stress become too much for him.

Unique magic:

My Eyes and Wings

She can summon multiple raven familiars that are made of pure magic. Rabina is able to see through her familiar’s eyes, allowing her to see from their point of view, making them very useful for scouting or spying. She can even summon up to over a hundred or more raven familiars and command them to swarm around a target and peck them apart bit by bit.

Tanificus

Age: 15

Hair: cool-black

Eyes: bright green

Height: 168 cm

Looks a lot like Malleus, but without the dragon fae features, besides a few forehead scales and pointed ears. His hair is around waist length and he often wears it in a low dutch braid bun.

His name is derived from lantificus, which means spinning and weaving in Latin.

As the fourth eldest, Tanificus will often go out of his way to make use of his talents in weaving, sewing, fabric repairing, and textile making to provide warm clothes and blankets for his siblings. Usually, he is pretty calm and quiet, hardly speaking up and blends into the background, but he is very hardworking and diligent like Vil. When he has a job to do, he will make sure he finishes it as carefully and precisely as possible and doesn’t like taking short cuts.

Unique magic:

Felflosa

Age: 14 (born two hours after Rômancer on the same day, so their practically twins)

Hair: light blonde with slightly purple tips

Eyes: light green

Height: 165 cm

Basically looks like a younger genderbent version of Vil, but still has the same horns and tail as Malleus, with her hair reaching down to her mid-back that she rarely ties up, but she does put small flowers in her hair on a few occasions.

Her name is derived from the Latin words fel, which means poison and bitterness, and flos, which means flower.

Having inherited her mama’s vanity, Felflosa usually comes off as spoiled, uptight, and extremely conscious over her physical appearance, but she is nonetheless very loyal to her siblings and uses her talents in brewing potions using medicinal herbs and flowers to make smoke bombs and healing potions, making her a vital asset to the care of the siblings health, especially her brothers Lucenus and Rômencer as the two of them are often at risk due to them being the group’s main fighters.

Unique magic:

Mist of Dreams

She can conjure a dark purple and green fog that can visually distort the surrounding area in one big dreamlike illusion, causing confusion and drowsiness in those who are weak minded or caught off guard.

Malrook children (2 in total):

Lucenus 

Age: 16 (3 months older than Rabina)

Hair: blonde (but slightly darker than Rook’s)

Eyes: bright green

Height: 179 cm

Aside from the shape of his eyes and lack of dragon fae features (except for a couple dragon scales on his forehead), he looks a bit more like his father Malleus, having the same facial features besides his eye shape which closely resembles Rook’s. Lucenus’ hair is around mid-back length and is pretty messy, so he usually ties his hair up in a high ponytail or a braid.

His name is a combination of the Latin names Lucas and Nemus, which both mean grove.

As the second eldest, Lucenus shares the same sense of responsibility for the wellbeing of his younger siblings as his older brother Antirnum, who Lucenus is close with since they grew up together. While he can be on the quiet but eccentric side, he shares the same observation skills and hunting instincts as his mama Rook, which have proven to be incredibly helpful in spotting potential dangers and keeping his siblings away from harm. Because of his natural hunting capabilities, he will often do most of the hunting and scavenging.

Thrill of the Hunt

He is able to increase his eyesight to locate the weak/blind spots of his opponents or structures.

Facts:

At some point, when Lucenus and his siblings were passing through scalding sands, they took shelter from the smoldering heat in a cave. Little did they know, they had stumbled upon the lair of a pack of Mustadbae (a hyena-like creature in Arabian mythology) that proceeded to attack the siblings. In the ensuing scuffle, Lucenus got scratched across his left cheek, which left claw marks that later scarred, but he was able to take down a couple mustadbae thanks to his archery. Luckily the siblings were saved by one of Kalim’s siblings, who just happened to be passing by and heard the ruckus. Lucenus and his siblings were then taken to the Al-Asim estate where they were treated for their injuries and met Kalim and Jamil.

Rômencer 

Age: 14 (born two hours before Felflosa on the same day, practically making them twins)

Hair: blonde 

Eyes: light green

Height: 166 cm

Similar to her older sister Rabina, Rômencer doesn’t have many dragon fae features except for her slightly pointed ears. She closely resembles her mother Rook, but has Malleus’ eye shape. She practically almost looks like a genderbent version of Rook. Her hair is about neck length and is always in a low ponytail.

Her name is a mix of the French words rôder, meaning prowl and lurk, and menacer, meaning threaten and menace.

By far the most quiet and introverted of her siblings, Rômencer is the best example of “silent but deadly”. She inherited Rook’s stealth and archery skills, the latter of which she secretly practiced before escaping with her siblings. While she can be rather standoffish, being the type of person who would prefer to sit back and carefully observe from the sidelines, and not being the best at visibility expressing her emotions, she deeply cares about her siblings and uses her skills with a bow and arrow to help them in any way she can, such as joining her older brother Lucenus on food hunts or in self defense.

Unique magic:

Locked On

She can increase her eyesight to a superhuman level, allowing her to see things from over a thousand or more yards. 

Facts:

During their brief stay with Leona and Ruggie in the sunset savanna jungle, Rômencer and Lucenus were both taught how to hunt from Leona, such as tracking, hiding, stalking prey, and planting bait. This proved useful later on when they were ambushed by a massive tiger, which they managed to kill, although Rômencer received some pretty big scars on her back. Both Rômencer and Lucenus took one of the tiger's biggest fangs and made them into necklaces as a trophy.

Malpel child:

Adlin 

Age: 10 (bebe of the group)

Hair: dark periwinkle with turquoise tips

Eyes: has heterochromia, light blue (left eye) and bright green (right eye)

Height: 153 cm

A perfect splitting image of his mama Epel, aside from his right green eye and darker shade of hair, which is around chin length. He does have a couple black dragon scales, which run down his spine from the base of his neck to his tailbone. So they aren’t very noticeable most of the time.

His name is derived from adalinda, which means noble serpent in old German and is made up of the Germanic words adal, meaning noble, and lind, meaning lime, shield, gentle, and soft.

Being the youngest, Adlin is viewed by his siblings as the “baby” of the group, but he absolutely hates this fact as he secretly feels deeply insecure about not being able to help his siblings much on their journey. He definitely takes a lot after his mama with his hotheaded, stubborn, and competitive nature. Speaking of whom, Adlin is rather hesitant about finding his long lost mother, as he thinks his mama selfishly left him alone in the care of his older siblings when he was barely a few months old, thus Adlin feels a bit of pent up resentment towards his mama, but he keeps this to herself. The only reason why he came along on the journey was because he didn’t want to be left behind by his siblings (and because they would have straight up dragged him along anyway if he refused). Despite his great disliking of being coddled and treated like a baby by his older siblings, especially Antirnum, Adlin still does genuinely care for them and wishes to help them out in any way he can.

Unique magic: 

Due to his young age, he has yet to discover his unique magic, which irritates him to no end since it serves as just another excuse for his older siblings to baby him.

Other facts:

Secretly, the siblings are being watched over by their father Malleus and his retainers, Lilia, Sebek, and Silver. Since Malleus had promised Vil years ago that he would make sure the children were safe, Malleus and his retainers keep a hidden close eye on the children, sometimes even helping them in subtle ways such as leaving clues for them or driving away threats the siblings are unable to overcome. However, Malleus and his retainers can’t always keep watch over the children due to their busy schedules and duties, so the four can only hope that the children can take care of themselves. (This is a slight reference to the Maleficent movies where Maleficent and her partner Diaval secretly watched over princess Aurora throughout her life)

Both Antirnum and Rabina are the most adept at magic, having both flower nymph magic (minus allure) and dragon fae magic. Since they are the oldest, they are far more attuned in channeling their magic thanks to them being tutored since childhood and with help from some of Malleus’s former pets (such as Riddle or Leona). Because of this, both Antirnum and Rabina are the main magic fighters of the group while both Lucenus and Rômencer are the main physical/distance fighters, being proficient in archery and dagger wielding. The other siblings mostly fill support roles, while Adlin just stays away from the line of fire (something that secretly makes him feel like a liability).

Antirnum was to be engaged to a briar valley noble (who would be the main antagonist of the story alongside his guards/lackeys, who are your classic comedic henchmen that are absolutely incompetent as heck at their job) against his will by the senate. This served as the main catalyst for Antirnum and his siblings' making their final decision to escape and seek out their mama’s. However, his potential suitor is unwilling to let Antirnum go easily and so he and his goons continuously seek out Antirnum and his siblings, despite the fact that Malleus ordered him not to.

Grand Grimoire

The Grand Grimoire is a black magic[1] grimoire. Different editions date the book to 1521, 1522 or 1421, but it was probably written during the early 19th century.[2][3] Owen Davies suggests 1702 is when the first edition may have been created and a Bibliothèque bleue version (a popular edition, similar to a chapbook) of the text may have been published in 1750.[4] The "introductory chapter"[5] was authored by someone named Antonio Venitiana del Rabina who supposedly gathered his information from original writings of King Solomon.[6] Much of material of this grimoire derives from the Key of Solomon and the Lesser Key of Solomon, pseudepigraphical grimoires attributed to King Solomon.[7] Also known as Le Dragon Rouge or The Red Dragon, this book contains instructions purported to summon Lucifer or Lucifuge Rofocale, for the purpose of forming a Deal with the Devil. The 19th century French occultist Éliphas Lévi (author of Dogme et rituel de la haute magie) claimed the contemporary edition of Le Dragon Rouge to be a counterfeit of a true, older Grand Grimoire.[8]

The work is divided into two books.[2] The first book contains instructions for summoning a demon and for the construction of tools with which to force the demon to do one's bidding. The second book is divided further into two parts: the Sanctum Regnum and Secrets, de L'Art Magique du Grand Grimoire ("Secrets, of the magic art of the Grand Grimoire"). The Sanctum Regnum contain instructions for making a pact with the demon, allowing one to command the spirit without the tools required by book one, but at greater risk. Secrets contains simple spells and rituals one can employ after having performed the ritual of the first book. Some editions contain a short text between these two parts, Le Secret Magique, où le Grand Art de pouvoir parler aux Morts (The Magic Secret, or the Grand Art of being able to speaking with the dead), dealing with necromancy.

The book describes several demons as well as the rituals to summon them in order to make a pact with them. It also details several spells for winning a lottery, talking to spirits, being loved by a girl, making oneself invisible, etc.[9]
