Fess Sable
A tiger, a raccoon, and a red panda walk into a bar.
The next morning, they wake up deeply hung over and discover that at some point in their drunken revelry, they somehow created a toddler who is the son of all three simultaneously.
As you might imagine, Fess grew up being bullied for being "that creepy little monster kid with three dads." To this day, he's terribly shy and withdrawn ... unless he's singing, which takes his mind off of things for a while.

Have a grand year
For the lunar new year, there is a traditional Chinese treat called nian gao - a sweet and chewy rice cake that can be prepared in a variety of ways.
The name of the sweet happens to sound like the Chinese words for "big year," making them a particularly lucky thing to eat, in hopes that your biggest dreams might come true in the coming year.
... we probably shouldn't tell Fess what happened just yet.

Fess and bluster
"I dunno, I just think that video game localizers should maybe take a course on songwriting, because what they do to these theme songs is just execrable. Like, all they do is count up syllables and rhyme the lines, and who cares about syllable stress matching the downbeats? Why not cram five different consonant sounds into two sixteenth notes on the lead-in to a measure? It just ... GAH."
"... I'm sure I would totally agree with you if I knew literally anything about writing music."
Ross the otter discovers that getting Fess to come out of his shell is easier than expected, much to his regret.
