Встретился с вице-президентом операционной службы по России и Польше в Radisson Hotel Group Мачеком Мязеком. Рабочая встреча состоялась на территории комплекса Grand Royal Residences, (в прошлом санатория «Красмашевский»), где через несколько лет откроется первый в Сочи отель Radisson Collection Sochi. Вместе с почётным гостем осмотрели территорию, на которой разместится отель, обсудили этапы и перспективы развития проекта. Напомнил представителю Radisson Hotel Group, что комплекс Grand Royal Residences имеет ряд преимуществ, таких как расположение в самом центре Сочи, живописный вид на море и город, размещение на территории объекта культурного наследия – бывшего санатория «Красмашевский», реставрацию которого ведет группа компаний AR GROUP. Еще одна особенность – это отдельный пляж, на который можно будет попасть по специальному тоннелю. Для удобства и комфорта наших гостей мы планируем запустить электрокары – тихий, экологичный транспорт, который будет постоянно курсировать от отеля к пляжу и обратно. . سلام سلام سلام من اومدم با يه خبر خوب! اخيرا براى اولين بار تو چندتا مسابقه ى بين المللى عكاسى شركت كردم كه تو ٢ تا از اونا مقام اول رو آوردم و عكس ها الان در مرحله چاپ و آماده سازى هستن واسه نمايشگاه. يكى از نمايشگاه ها در شهر آتن يونان (كه موضوع مسابقه عكاسى سياه سفيد بود) و دومى در شهر بلگراد صربستان (كه موضوع مسابقه عكاسى معمارى شهرى بود) برگزار ميشه به مدت يك ماه. خودم كه خيلى خوشحالم و خواستم اين خوشحالى رو با شما هم شريك بشم. . اين عكس هم كاور نمايشگاه بلگراد هست كه از ٨ مارس براى بازديد عموم افتتاح ميشه و در اسلايد بعدى عكس من هست كه به نمايش در مياد. اميدوارم آخر هفته خيلى خوبى داشته باشين 🌹❤️ . Одна из самых спокойных свадеб, что я снимал😌. Как я называю - свадьба для двоих. Утро невесты и встреча молодых в @radissoncollectionmoscow, потом пару часов снимались в фотостудии, потом в парке Кусково и завершение дня в ресторане @tvrandot . В бывшем «Красмашевском» активно продолжается реставрация. Ежедневно на объекте работают более 250 человек – строители и отделочники разного профиля приступили к завершающей стадии. Здесь приводятся в порядок интерьеры зданий, благоустраивается территория. А буквально через считаные недели стартует очередной важный этап работ. В начале 2022 года планируется начать возведение отеля Radisson Collection. Напомним, прошедшим летом было заключено долгожданное соглашение с Radisson Hotel Group о строительстве в самом центре Сочи пятизвездочного отеля. Уже через несколько лет гости отеля смогут насладиться здесь высококлассным отдыхом, который гарантирует престижная международная сеть. Но примечательно еще и то, что каждый, кто забронирует номер в Radisson Collection, получит возможность воспользоваться всей инфраструктурой бывшей советской здравницы – прогулочные зоны, потрясающий вид на море и горы и, пожалуй, один из главных плюсов – пляж бывшего «Красмашевского». На него отдыхающие смогут попасть через специальный тоннель, благодаря которому не будет необходимости пересекать оживленную автомобильную трассу – улицу Виноградную. Для комфорта и экономии времени гостям предложат дополнительную услугу – доставку к пляжу и обратно на электрокарах. Пятизвездочный отель на 149 номеров будет построен с нуля. Ввод в эксплуатацию ожидается в конце 2024 - начале 2025 года. Ранее говорилось, что это будет второй Radisson Collection в Сочи, но ситуация поменялась. Теперь мы можем говорить о том, что он будет единственным в нашем городе! Ladies room underneath the public pavewalk at Radisson Collection Royal Hotel Copenhagen originally designed by Arne Jacobsen as the first design hotel in the world opening in 1960. Today the hotel is back to its glory thanks to Radisson Collection’s complete overhaul by Space Copenhagen design studio and the hotel was awarded “best restoration” by Wallpaper in 2018.
