Biography: Ramina was one of seven children, seven girls in fact. She fell fifth in line with two younger sisters and four older. It was safe to say the Kloss household was bursting at the seams. The four bedroom house always looked freshly torn through by a tornado of pink, purple, and more toys than imaginable. Despite the size of the Kloss family, the girls never went without. Ramina’s father was a professor at Rockford University and her mother worked for the local government. Nearly everyone knew the family since they were so active within the community.

While the girls didn’t go without, their parents couldn’t afford seven new wardrobes every year, so that meant lots of hand-me down clothes. Unfortunately for the rest of the Kloss girls, that meant their oldest sister made the fashion decisions. It was fine for a while, when Ramina didn’t have much of a fashion sense and was just worried about what she could run the fastest in. That changed in middle school. Ramina had become accustomed to being mistaken for her older sisters, often called their names instead of her own when it was a teacher her sister had before.

It was difficult to figure out who she was as an individual when Ramina was being held to the standards of her sisters. She followed in their footsteps, testing out their hobbies and interests to see which ones stuck. She played volleyball because her sister Paige did. She enjoyed her English classes like her sister Victoria. Her sister Celeste taught her how to bake; cupcakes were her specialty. The twins, Hadley and Harlow, were the one that got her into yoga and meditation. Then Sabrina got her into knitting, sort of.

Ramina found out on her own that fashion was a passion of hers. The writing had always been on the walls. She loved playing dress up and sketching designs for outfits she’d never have an occasion to wear them to. When she hit high school, Ramina decided to try her hand at modifying the clothes that had been passed down to her over the years. Some designs were questionable and her sewing skills were subpar at best, but Ramina loved every minute of it. She continued to practice and grew stronger in her craft; confident enough to make her own prom dress her junior year.

When it came time for her to graduate, no one was really surprised when Ramina only applied to one school. Central Saint Martins in London, England where fashion legends Alexander McQueen, Stella McCartney, and Jimmy Choo all attested was her dream. Ramina’s dream came true and two short months after graduation, she was off to London. The clothing that walked the halls of Saint Martins was drastically different from the thrift diving, hand-me-down clothes Ramina was familiar with. She decided to make a YouTube channel in order to keep track of her progress.

Her channel caught on like wildfire in the creator community. She had subscribers flooding in to give advice, ask questions, or just enjoy watching her work. Time at Saint Martins flew by all too quickly for Ramina, but she was a homebody at heart. She moved back home to Rockford after getting her degree and moved into a downtown apartment that needed a lot of TLC. YouTube had become her primary source of income and showed no signs of stopping. She’s been living happily and cozily in her downtown apartment ever since.

Personality: Ramina is a sweet girl. That’s how people have always described her. She is quieter than most of her sisters, but still very personable once she’s comfortable. It’s not difficult for her to make friends since she treats everyone she meets like they’ve known each other for years. Ramina is creative and confident in her design abilities. She can be a bit obsessive at times, but she likes to say she’s just concentrating.
