Make it happen in a very short time. Effective, hard, heavy and satisfying to say the least. I do not get a free pass because Iam a girl when Iam training with my crazy trainer @rawtexaspt Steven Ray, we have a deal...What He lifts I have to lift and on His most comforting and encouraging voice He demands me to..."lift that shit" followed by..."I told you," or my favorite... "Man, stop playing and lift that shit" lol you have to love Him. As you can see I do not get special privileges or get pampered, I work for it and make it happen. I love my team to death and we are one!
