Man, It feels so awkward at a new gym doing new routines. lol I really don't like this video due to several reasons from fattness to wearing a swimsuit to just feeling uncordinated, but I also love this video because I did my best in the moment. It truly doesn't what you feel like when you start. It's also never too late to get going. You always feel better when you get the work in and start to make even a little bit of progress. I actually had just opened up my amazon package containing this BEAUTIFUL 10 year anniversary edition of The Hunger Games by #suzannecollins when I thought, hey, I could use this. I love this series and it occurred to me that President Snow and President Coin are kind of two sides of the same... um... coin. 😝 They are quite similar and different in many ways, like Jekyll and Hyde. Not having much left to lose is a very dangerous but also very powerful place.
