She summoned her sparks again, not as many as yesterday, not that scorching. They swirled above her palm as if they were dancing in the air. "I thought about that offer," she said, "I want to get rid of that block, I want to control my fire. No matter how many years it will take." Niall was also watching the sparks dance. If she didn't know better- because why would he, a general, who had seen probably everything- she would say he was mesmerized. When he spoke, his voice was soft: "I will adjust your current schedule then, Little Sparkle."

I am playing the Flower from Tiamat’s Fire and I want to do the balance route. Do you anyone have suggestions about that ?

I believe that in the beginning it could be balanced but the author gave up and later told us to follow a single route. I had a post about this, but It was a long time ago, I don't think I'll find.

tiamat is starting to get on my nerves. i really like the book but i've been on kingu's path since the beginning/haven't romanced anyone else and i STILL (season 3) get the banner "you're not close enough" or some shit like that - and i even buy most of the diamond scenes with him i just don't get itttt

It must be some bug, Tiamat has some (I don't know if they were fixed or not). But apparently there always seems to be a bug when updating this book.

Or the choices are so intrinsic that only one different choice can cause this. In Wave Patrol we have this problem, you have to follow the Walktrough to the letter to reach certain goals 🤡

Goddess of Fire and Hearth 🔥

Hestia is the Greek virgin goddess of the hearth, family, home, state and domesticity, who is also associated with cooking, virginity as well as sacred and sacrificial fire. In myth, she is the firstborn child of the Titans Cronus and Rhea, and one of the Twelve Olympians. Nikkal was chosen for being a Fire Mage in The Flower From Tiamat's Fire, but with some modifications, because in addition to Hestia being a virgin goddess, her outfit is not so revealing as in the edit and they have opposite personalities. This one is more about aesthetic~

Book: The Flower From Tiamat's Flower

Sin/Kingu comes across as calm and mysterious. What may be interpreted for aloofness is more his awkward nature in relationships. With MC he is shown to be protective and caring.

Interesting Fact

Kingu traveled all over the world for almost three hundred years, observing the lives of ordinary people and trying to analyze the patterns of hereditary magic. In this long journey, he managed to save many lives but also greatly annoyed the rest of the Five.

Iyar~

Book: The Flower From Tiamat's Flower

Iyar is a music teacher at the academy. He always has his lyre with him, a string instrument, and likes to plays music or recite ancient legends during conversations. He seems to have some medical knowledge. When Iyar is not teaching, he usually hangs out with MC and her friends, showing off his goofy side.

Interesting Fact:

Iyar is an orphan. He doesn't know his real family, but he was raised by the Nam-Lugal tribe. They had stopped near the forest, not far from his village, and in the morning they found one-year-old Iyar sleeping on the wheel of one of their carts. The Nam-Lugal tribe taught him songs, legends, and how to play musical instruments.

~Niall

Book:  The Flower from Tiamat's Fire

Niall is the son of Enki, the most powerful of The Five children of Tiamat. With the help of his father's money, he founded the academy and became its warden. Niall appears to be strict, but he also has a funny side. He's very protective when it comes to his students and takes their education very serious. Niall cares a lot about Nikkal and is not happy about her contantly breaking all the rules. He expells her from the academy but still continues to protect and teach her. In the second season, he offers himself to Ereshkigal in order to save Nikkal from an eternity in Irkalla. As the story progresses, he joins Nikkal and her friends in their fight against the rule of The Five and against the goddess Tiamat who threatens to destroy the world as they know it.

Interesting Fact:

During the war, Niall's troops stopped in a small village, which was mostly inhabited by humans. Those living there believed that mages and humans should live in peace, and Niall met and befriended many of them. Later on, during a fierce battle, the mages accidentally destroyed that village. Niall personally buried each one of the dead. Among them, he remembered Erra the Blind the most.

The Five are the great mages who rule over all the lands of this world. Well, almost all...

Water mage Enki is the strongest of the Five and the head of the Lords. He's considered a kind and fair ruler, at least among mages.
