Immortal Desires: Starlight, Chapter 38

‘I don’t ever want to fight with you again,’ Gabriel said on an explosive exhale, agony shaking loose from his lungs to lift free into the stale air. ‘I had no idea how much it would ache, not being by your side. Now that I know exactly what I’m missing. Never again.’

‘That shit sucked, yeah,’ Cas agreed, turning his head to press an idle kiss to Gabriel’s temple. ‘But, like… never? I dunno — that’s most of my schedule for the week. I had light bickering pencilled in for Thursday right after lunch, I’d hate to reschedule at such short notice. And then “fundamental disagreements about toast”, that’s locked in for Friday morning, after I bring you breakfast in bed…’

Cas shook his head ruefully.

‘Yeah, I just don’t see how I can get out of that one. Sorry, Adalhard.’

Gabriel sighed, a warm thread of laughter trickling down his throat to settle behind his ribcage. He nuzzled his cheek in closer —somehow— smiling against Cas’s skin.

‘Oh, you’re right,’ Gabriel said. ‘That would throw us right off for “squabble about whether to watch Blades or Bloodbound” on Friday night, god. We can’t miss that again.’

‘I’m sorry, Adalhard,’ Cas repeated.

His voice was insistent, tight with feeling; blinking, Gabriel looked up to see a muscle flickering in Cas’s jaw, his eyes bright and glassy.

‘I’m sorry, Gabriel.’

Immortal Desires: Into the Witch-Dark, Chapter 1

‘That was terrible. Again.’

Morag snapped her fingers; a sharp crack that echoed and warped in on itself, folding within the edges of space and time as they stole along an inky shore of black twilight. A sea of gold stars washed over Luca’s skin, turning it dazzling in this far-away, nothing space.

‘I’m trying,’ Luca gritted out, waiting to catch their breath where there was none to catch. A curious emptiness ached in the place where their lungs should be — here, he was little more than light, and choice, and reason.

His great aunt stared down at him, unimpressed. Where Luca would have met her gaze, he saw nothing but two burning, searing holes, the vacant glare behind them hungry for knowledge.

Funny that a ten foot light-being in a vaguely humanoid shape could still look so, so deeply unimpressed.

‘We have a handful of weeks, a month, at best, to get to the bottom of this. We don’t have time for “trying”. Succeed or die. Those are our choices.’

Luca scoffed. ‘Yeah, no pressure.’

Blades of Light and Shadow: Dorian (MC) x Aerin Fluff

After last night’s dismal attempt at putting together a meal —when Willow had politely but firmly told him that what he had created was an affront to nature and gently escorted him away from the cooking area— he’d woken this morning determined to redeem himself.

In the cooking department, at least.

Like his other attempts at redeeming himself, it wasn’t exactly going great.

‘I am nothing if not consistent,’ Aerin said to no one in particular as he watched a spray of oil spit and leap from the sizzling pan. He yelped as it landed in the flames, the fire leaping up in an orange-red column of flame.

‘Woah, there, let me just—’

A large, calloused hand reached past his waist to grab the pan by the handle, adjusting it on the cooking stand until it was no longer in danger of setting itself, Aerin, and the entire Whimsywood aflame.

‘Okay, first we save breakfast, then we save Morella.’ Dorian fixed Aerin with a grin. ‘Move it.’

Bumping him out of the way with his hip, Dorian took over at the helm.

‘I had everything perfectly under control,’ Aerin lied.

Blades of Light and Shadow: Dorian (MC) x Nia angst

He’d knelt before her to tug out her old, ragged laces, grinning up at her as she’d wobbled on one foot, balancing her hands on his shoulders. He re-laced her boots with swift, deft movements, stealing half a moment to lay his hand over her own when he was done and give it a quick squeeze.

‘Wouldn’t want you to trip and fall in front of the dwarves of Zaradun, now, would we?’

His palm was broad and calloused, warm where it lay over her own. It was the first time he’d touched her in nineteen days. Since he’d healed her by the lake in the Whimsywood. She’d counted. She ached for him. All too soon, Dorian drew is hand away and rose, tossing her a carefree wink as he sauntered off.

His smile didn’t reach his eyes.

It never did, these days.

Blades of Light and Shadow: Dorian (MC) x Aerin angst + smut

Aerin worried his lip. ‘I wanted… I wanted to believe it was real,’ he admitted. ‘That even despite all I’ve done, there might somehow be a way. That you could truly—’

‘Love you?’ Dorian cut him off, his gaze insistent. The night air lashed wildly around them, branches whipping in their trees. Though it was cold, Aerin’s skin seared beneath Dorian’s hands. ‘I do.’

Aerin blinked. ‘W-what?’

Frozen, Aerin could only watch in quiet bewilderment as Dorian lowered his head to meet him. He caught Aerin’s lip between his teeth, biting down on a snarl, kissing him with a fervour that bordered on punishing. A needy moan escaped Aerin’s throat as he opened to him, their tongues meeting in a heated glide that had Aerin grateful for the tree at his back, lest he lose his footing entirely.

They broke apart on a shuddering gasp. Heat flooded into Aerin’s cheeks.

‘Does this feel real to you?’ Dorian growled.

For a long time, they simply looked at each other. Dorian’s gaze bore into his own, and all at once, Aerin understood he wasn’t looking, he was seeing— Dorian saw to the very heart of him; all his bitterness; all his lies; his hate and pain and open scars and chose to love him anyway.

‘Say it,’ Aerin choked out, his voice a colourless whisper, the weight of the revelation so immense that it had all but rendered him mute.

Dorian tilted his head, his eyes raking slow over Aerin’s face; eyes, nose, lips, back again in tender passes.

Aerin wasn’t breathing.

‘I need to hear you say it.’

Cadybear's Choices Reviews: The Masterlist + Ranking of Choices stories (Note: List is subject to frequent updates)

(Keep in mind, I'm initially posting this as purely the tierlist without links. As I start posting my reviews, I'll begin to fill it out with the links to the reviews.)

I've been compiling a Google Doc of reviews for all the Choices stories I've played and I figured, it's about time I started sharing them. So here's where I'm going to be collecting them all.

This collection of links to my reviews will be organized in a tierlist-style format. This tierlist is subject to changes.

Notes:

All reviews are subject to updated versions, ie. re-reviews, and its place in the tierlist may change as well. If I have to make a re-review for a story, it will get its own brand-new post. However, all reviews of a story will be included in the list.

Stories that are part of an anthology or are spinoffs will get separate posts. For example, ILB gets its own separate post from ILITW, HSS:CA gets its own separate review from OG HSS, Unbridled gets its own separate review from Untameable, Rivals with Benefits gets its own separate review from Roommates with Benefits. But I will still compare them to their respective predecessors in their reviews.

Stories that change their titles midway through the series but retain the storyline of the same MC will not be getting separate reviews for each title change. TRR and TRH will be reviewed together, all of TFS will be reviewed together. But this is subject to exceptions (eg. I might end up separating TRR and TRH reviews from each other)

Purple titles are stories I have played, and am able to create a substantial review for (generally due to having last played them recently).

Pink titles are stories I'm in the middle of playing or replaying. Keep in mind that some of these playthroughs may be on hiatus.

Uncolored titles are stories that I have played, but the review for it may not be very substantial or informed, as I played them a couple of years before I started collecting all my reviews together. I'm still making some form of review for it anyways because I would like to provide some context to the ranking I gave it. That, and, if I do get to playing it and re-reviewing it, I can have two reviews side-by-side to see how my opinions may or may not have changed.

Titles with a 🍇 next to them are reviews that are very long and detailed and "juicy". Like, the ones that are lengthier and/or more highly opinionated than others.

Diamond Tier: Choices’ Bests, 10 stars, YAAAAASSSS!

The books and series that clearly had the most effort and heart put into them. They’re not all perfect obviously, but they do feel like actual choice-making interactive stories, and they’re easily the most enjoyable of the bunch. These are the stories that other Choices stories should take notes from.

But they’re still really high quality and very respectable, and even possible contenders for being moved up to Diamond Tier after I give them a replay.

The stories that are mixed bags. They aren’t really terrible, as there are some things they did right, but there’s also… so much that they did wrong. A lot of these could probably use a replay for the sake of giving it a second chance and forming a more solid opinion on it.

The absolute snorefests of the app. Not only did they give nothing, but they were terrible at holding my interest and attention. They’re so poorly paced that even if they did have something of value, I completely missed it because I was either completely zoning out and/or I felt actual mental distress trying to follow the story. At least with the Stone Tier books, I could actually pay attention to the story without feeling like my brains were going to have a nuclear meltdown.

And it’s even more tragic because these premises maybe could have been done right. There are ideas for decent stories here, but they’re completely neglected.

The stories that had me actually verbally raging and close to throwing my phone into the nearest wall. Everything about each of these is doomed from the beginning. Anything that could have been done right or even decently is done terribly. Rotting Flesh tier is merely the equivalent to prune juice; this tier however is the equivalent to bleach.

Decided to finally redo that awful art of Adrian using assets from Bloodbound Books One and Two, and Bloodbound Origins.

It's only rough since I just edited bits together, cleaned up some awkward bits, rescaled Adrian's hair from his normal portrait, redid part of the desk behind him to hide Nicole's legs from book one, and re-edited his waistcoat from the animated fight scene in book two with Vega, but it's better than the first chapter cover for Bloodbound Origins.

re last reblog ; outlook like that tbh is why i was initially hesitant to broach the topic of bloodbound and its textual sexual violence. players will love to talk about their evil war criminal blorbo but will go insane if you insinuate that that violence may be sexual, despite sexual violence being a way to assert War Crime power and hegemony over people. like yes i appreciate characters like gaius and rheya but there is an underlying tone of sexual violence to the power they held over others, how they established their hierarchy by literally controlling other people's bodies. sexual violence isn't some kind of special violence that occurs in a vacuum, it happens because established systemic power imbalances allow for things like that to happen.

the fic i'm most proud of is The Oblivion Bound Series; a gritty re-imagining of the Bloodbound & Nightbound series from pixelberry's PlayChoices app game. at 5 books (& counting) & including some of my most intricate lore and plotting work i still think it's my best series of pieces to this day

but the story i'm most proud of has to be The Disaster Duo Chronicles; the Obey Me! fic/series/roleplay i've been working on with @houselamentation for almost 2 years now. we've gone way beyond canon and into our own realm of demon-inspired madness & honestly creating with lia is my favorite thing to do all day every day

Corrin: Bloodbound Beast

Brutal Breath: Grants Spd+3. Grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+X during combat. (Calculates X based on number of allies within 2 spaces of unit: 0 allies grants +5; 1 grants +3; 2 grants +1; ≥3 allies grants +0.) If the number of allies within 2 spaces is ≤ 1, inflicts Special cooldown charge -1 on foe per attack during combat. (Only highest value applied. Does not stack.) If foe's Range = 2, calculates damage using the lower of foe's Def or Res.

Glimmer - Atk/Spd Solo 4 - Null Follow-Up 3 - Rouse Spd/Def 3

Yawn. It’s fallen Corrin but now a dude. Well, while f!Fallen!Corrin was “Oh-noes, I’m coming down with a dragon fever,” m!Fallen!Corrin is a feral hound, so they are diffrent. I actually used m!F!Corrin to theorycraft f!F!Corrin refine a year ago, and now we’re going the other way. It’s like poetry or something.

Brutal Breath: Grants Spd+3. Grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+X during combat. At start of combat, if unit's HP ≥ 25%, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+4 to unit during combat and reduces damage from foe's first attack by X% (X = 30 - number of allies within 2 spaces of unit × 10; min 0%). At start of combat, if unit's HP ≥ 25% and unit's Atk > foe's Res, unit's first attack deals damage = X% of difference between stats (X = 30 - number of allies within 2 spaces of unit × 10; min 0%).

For the base effect, we increase the stat bonuses based on unit’s surrounding allies. Then, he had just Guard. I felt, since f!Corrin refine gave penalty nullification, we need something better for m!Corrin, otherwise, we increase the allotted allies. I could having the Scowl effect from the last batch of Tiki alts, or we go more beast mode with Special Fighter. After that, it’s the same as f!Corrin.

Lyon: Demon King

Lvl. 40 5 ☆ 40/40/16/32/35        Max Invest: 50/50/25/41/46

Blood Tome: Grants Atk+3. If foe uses bow, dagger, magic, or staff, reduces damage from area-of-effect Specials by 80% (excluding Røkkr area-of-effect Specials) and reduces damage from foe's attacks by 50%, and if foe is also colorless, grants weapon-triangle advantage to unit and inflicts weapon-triangle disadvantage on foe.

Sol – Bonus Doubler 3 – Null C-Disrupt – Rouse Atk/Res 3

OH-SNAP it’s Demon King Fomortiis! Well, not yet. I was surprised actually that we got him as a Mythic unit 3 years after this possessed Lyon alt. Fallen!Lyon is bring an very early version of the damage reduction we just can’t get enough of now. Just like Nagi, he has 80% damage reduction to AOE attacks, and weapon-triangle advantage against colorless foes. The downside is that it’s only against ranged units. No advantage against melee foes, not even colorless dragons or beasts. I know why, we were not prepared for a close counter infantry mage that could tank damage solely through damage reduction, but now that DR is getting countered left right and center, let’s change it up.

Blood Tome: Grants Atk+3.  At the start of combat, if unit's HP ≥ 50%, or if foe uses bow, dagger, magic, or staff, reduces damage from area-of-effect Specials by 80% (excluding Røkkr area-of-effect Specials), grant Atk/Def/Res+5 to unit during combat, reduces damage from foe's attack first attack by 50%, reduces damage from foe's second attack onward by 80%, and if foe is also colorless, grants weapon-triangle advantage to unit and inflicts weapon-triangle disadvantage on foe.

So, here we have an incredibly dodge tanky mage. Instead of stopping the foe from doubling, he makes the double impossible to hurt. Instead of working against just ranged units, it now allows him to take at least one round of combat if the foe attacks in melee range. And he can now get the Raven tome effects against colorless dragons, if he is healthy. With all this tank power, he is missing something important, killing his opponent. Let’s fix that with.

At the start of combat, If foe initiate combat or foe’s HP ≥ 75%, grant Atk/Def/Res+5 to unit, increase damage by 10% of unit's Atk, grants unit a guaranteed follow-up attack and Special cooldown charge +1 per attack to unit during combat (only highest value applied; does not stack).

Vengeful Fighter + true damage based on Atk. Basely, his Def and Res were comparably good, but his Atk stat was higher. He will be going +6 true damage with this new weapon alone and get +7-9 with proper investment. Now you just need to pick either Atk/Def or Atk/Res to specialize into. Swap Sol out for Bonfire or Iceberg, or go Aether or Flare for the extra damage on top of healing. 

Julia: Heart Usurped

Lvl. 40 5 ☆ 40/39/28/19/36        Max Invest: 50/49/37/28/47

Dark Scripture: Grants Atk+3. If unit is not adjacent to an ally, inflicts Atk/Res-6 on foe during combat, and if foe does not have "effective against dragons," unit makes a guaranteed follow-up attack.

Iceberg - Atk/Res Solo 4 - Light and Dark - Panic Smoke 3

Light and Dark: Inflicts Atk/Spd/Def/Res-2 on foe, neutralizes foe's bonuses (from skills like Fortify, Rally, etc.), and disables foe's skills that "calculate damage using the lower of foe's Def or Res" during combat.

At this point in the game’s life, Julia was designated as the dragon slaying mage, with her legendary and original versions both having dragon effective tomes, neutralizing the adaptive damage which allowed her to tank dragons damage with her high Res, and that’s it. Other heroes have effective damage and can still double. Here comes Fallen Juila, and she’s designated as mage that nukes everyone, who doesn’t have a dragon effective weapon, similarly to Julius. While she has Light and Dark, the solo condition she needs to get Atk/Res-6 on foe, then a follow-up if the foe isn’t effective against dragons, is just not good.  

Dark Scripture: Grants Atk+3. If unit initiate combat or is adjacent to ≤ 2 allies, inflicts Atk/Res-6 on foe and unit makes a guaranteed follow-up attack during combat, and also, if foe does not have "effective against dragons," neutralize effects that prevent unit's follow-up attacks.

So now, she is getting what is basically an inheritable weapon, with the added flare of “if the foe isn’t effective against dragon, it’s a NFU charged guaranteed. So, is it like Dragon Ire? Yes, it’s like dragon Ire, except she needs to initiate combat or “solo-lite”. Hmm. This gives me an idea. What if fallen Julia was just a dragon.

At the start of combat, unit’s HP ≥ 25%, grant Atk/Res+6 to unit during combat, and also, if foe does not have "effective against dragons", grant the following effects; if unit's Res > foe's Res, reduces damage from attacks during combat and from area-of- effect Specials (excluding Røkkr area-of-effect Specials) by percentage = difference between stats × 4 (max 40%); if foe's Range = 2, calculates damage using the lower of foe's Def or Res;  If unit is not adjacent to an ally, unit can counterattack regardless of foe's range.

Okay, breaking it down. So long as she is above 25% and the foe does not have dragon effectiveness she gets Dragon Wall, adaptive damage against ranged weapons, and if she is truly solo, she get’s close counter. The Dragon Wall is something she shares with her Legendary alt and Julius. The adaptive damage is just to counter all the Res tank mages (and Res tank bow, daggers, or staffs) just like breath weapon. The only other mage that has adaptive damage is NY!Reginn with her Seiðr Shell, so this can give her a niche. Finally, since Juila got Close Counter only against dragons, I wanted her to get close counter against all non-dragon slaying foes, but we still haven’t got a real distinct Close Counter weapon since Shinon, and his is a solo condition. Since Juila already had a solo condition, I’m putting it back in for the very exclusive ability. So, yeah, Juila is sort of a dragon now.

Ike: Zeal Unleashed

Lvl. 40 5 ☆ 40/35/42/32/23       Max Invest: 50/45/52/41/33

Chaos Ragnell: Unit can counterattack regardless of foe's range. Grants bonus to Atk/Spd/Def/Res during combat = current penalty on each of unit's stats × 2. (Example: if unit has -7 penalty to Atk, grants Atk+14, for a net bonus of Atk+7.) Calculates each stat bonus independently.

Mayhem Aether - Darting Breath - Repel 3 - Atk/Spd Oath 3

Mayhem Aether : [CD-4] During combat, treats foe's Def/Res as if reduced by 50%. Restores HP = 50% of damage dealt.

Next is F!Ike, the radest Ike there is. What? He always had sunglasses. He was just L!Ike but with, what we now call, Grand Strategy in his weapon, no condition. Good chance, what ever I.S. gives has a refine, it will be better than L!Ike. Rip.

At the start of turn, inflict Atk-7 and [Panic] on unit and nearest foe's within 4 tile radius. If foe initiate combat or foe's HP ≥ 75%, grant Atk/Spd/Def/Res+4 to unit and inflict Spd/Def-X on foe during combat (X = number of [Bonus] and [Penalty] effects active on unit × 4; max 16; excludes stat bonuses and stat penalties)

First, he’s getting +4 if he is above 25% or has Penalties. Then, and hang with me here, he inflicts Atk-7 and [Panic] like a Meance skill on foes and himself. Wow, he inflict himself with penalties, crazy. Panic, if you didn’t know, covert bonus into penalties, and due to his weapon, they are converted back into bonuses. Stacking this with L!Robin [Grand Strategy] makes him 2 times the bonuses. He then gets another +4 and inflicts Spd/Def penalties on foe equal to all the keyword penalties both he and his opponent has. The [Panic] on both makes it +8. This does mean you should pair him with a status debuffer or he needs to fight another status debuffer. Overall, instead of making him a Aether spammer, he's a raid boss like he always was.

Ashnard: Mad King

Lvl. 40 5 ☆ 43/37/21/35/31       Max Invest: 53/47/30/45/41

Gurgurant: Neutralizes "effective against flying" bonuses. Grants Def+3. Inflicts Atk/Def-5 on foes within 2 spaces during combat.

Dragon Fang - Distant Def 3 - Even Atk Wave 3

It’s Ashnard! He does a little trolling.

So here’s another GHB wyvern, but this one a sword, and has a perf. It’s just Iote’s Shield and Atk/Def Rein (before Rein was a thing). He’s also a tank with low spd, so he has stats to work with.

Neutralizes "effective against flying" bonuses. Grants Def+3.  Inflicts Atk/Def-5 on foes within 3 spaces during combat. At start of enemy phase, inflicts [Guard] on foes within 3 spaces of unit.

Okay, so, like. You know how Ashnard had Daunt? And you know how Gurgurant is able to neutralize enemy crits (unless they have Wrath) Well, here’s the combo of it. The Rein is getting upgraded to a hold skill, and he’s inflicting Guard on foe’s within that 3 tile radius. I figured, since we havn’t gotten anyone that provides “Inflicts Special cooldown charge -1 on foe’s within a 2 tile radius per attack,” that it might be to powerful, un-counter-able. When Timerra got her Halloween alt, she got this instead, but a larger AoE, and she already had a personal skill from Engage that lowered enemy crit in an AoE. So now, he just applies [Guard] to foe’s in a 3 tile radius, this supportive skill should keep him relevant in the future like Arion with his [Charge].

At the start of combat, if unit's HP >50% or [Penalty] is active on unit, grant Atk/Spd/Def/Res+X (X = 4 + current penalty on each of unit's stats × 2. (Example: if unit has -7 penalty to Atk, grants Atk+14, for a net bonus of Atk+7. Calculates each stat bonus independently.), unit makes a guaranteed follow-up attack, and restore 7 HP to unit after combat.

As for the juicy bits, Ashnard, in this alt, is under the influence of the chaos medallion, just like Fallen!Ike. So I’m giving him the Grand Strategy switch that Ike got, along with guaranteed follow-up and 7 HP of healing after combat, since he came with Renewal as well.

I know Kiss of Death hasn’t come out yet, but just seeing the words “daughter”, “sexy” and chapter times of 10 minutes or less is already making me apprehensive. I think the only nail in the coffin left is if it’s going to be the re-used set of Bloodbound MC faces.

I’m hoping this book does a Cursed Heart-type of moment where’s there more plot and relationship building instead of hookups every other chapter. It’s a mafia story, so I’m hoping there’s going to be actual substance to it instead of the other genderlocked, single love interest, nothing but sex cringefests we’ve gotten before with Nanny Affair, Surrender, Untameable, and Witness.

PB’s been spoiling us recently with Immortal Desires, Laws of Attraction II, Guinevere, Murder at Homecoming, and Slow Burn, so I wouldn’t be surprised if they throw in another overly-sex filled book to balance out not having them at all or so little of them in so many books previously. It may sound pessimistic and cynical, but I wouldn’t put it pass PB to try it.

Headcannons that have been stuck in my head since @bloodbound-selfship wote about my Trans!MC Ash coming out to his boss.

Ash starting work as Adrian’s PA again after changing his name and being proud of wearing his new ID badge and seeing his re-issued name plate on the desk.

Adrian making sure that all the staff who interact with Ash know his pronouns and don’t make it awkward for him when they slip up with them.

Adrian subtly cutting contracts with companies who sent Reps that misgender or disrespect his PA because they find out who he is.

Adrian making sure Ash knows how appreciated he is as his friend on Father’s Day, because he knows it’s a difficult time for him personally.

Adrian feeling proud of Ash when he marches with him at NYC Pride, holding his company banner up with him, face painted in the MLM flag colours.

Adrian panicking when Ash puts all the clues together after he walks in on him feeding on his new Vice President, thinking that Ash will be terrified of him.

Ash surprising him by showing him that to him, Adrian Raines is always going to be Adrian Raines, no matter what.

Hi, I just read your post and want to encourage you and say that you're not the only one. I haven't used the Choices app about a year now (I think. Well my friends recommend me Romance Club instead. Idk. I'm still new there. Whatever. Ignore.) because I miss the old Choices where each and every book was written wholeheartly and had a true story to tell.

Also, my favorite stories are also in the Fantasy, Supernatural and Magic genre (including Adventure) and they can be perfectly combined with Romance too. The books you just mentioned that you want to re-read them... I LOVE YOUR TASTE!!!! I LIKE THESE BOOKS TOO, THEY'RE AWESOME. Glad to find someone with the same taste and interest 😍

May I ask who you romanced in each books you've just mentioned? Just curious to know. Maybe we have a few things in common and I might like a few fics of your's too if you ever decide to write for a pairing. So romantic.

Like I said before, I might not read/play Choices anymore but I will never forget the books and characters I love the most. That's why... I... uhhh... write fanfics too (sorry currently only for one of these books because i love it sooo much and i want to write it better because it deserves better). I want an unknown and undiscovered story to tell. I want to give our beloved characters a new life, a new story and adventure. Which hopefully people will enjoy. But most importantly... I write for my soul, for my beloved characters and especially for myself.

Hopefully that will inspire you because in this Choices fandom fanfics are wholeheartly welcome or any other fanmade creations. Don't give up on the characters you love. Awww this message kinda low key warmed my heart. I agree that the main reason I have stayed in their fandom is my love of characters from past books. I think choices has released some books that i fell for, recently Arthur and before that Kieran. I do try to read at least the first chapter of most books but i don't read everything because I have a lot of responsibility (I'm a grown woman lol).
