Hello people so today I brought another kissa for our reading riders 🚴 No excuses for fitness 💪 Whatever is your goal, fitness activities always works like a charm. As for me I don't exactly remember when was the last day I took a complete day off from fitness activities. As I'm mostly indulged in cycling as a sport I do emphasize on consistency. I ride every single day without fail mostly are practise, some are commutes, some are just rides for supplies, to explore, to be free from worries. . Today in the attached pic if you can see the timing these are after 5pm. These two days I was very busy and bit tired too due to working on my agricultural fields 👨‍🌾 and today too was biking 🏍️ 300kms for some work. But as soon as I reached home finishing tasks in eve I don't know when it comes to cycling what drags me but I just ride and feels awesome. Today I attained my maximum avg speed on single speed it's wonderful to see gradual increase in performance 🔥🚴 . So yeah if consistency is kept surely results comes sooner or later. & It's never too late to start please be engaged and be regular in any type of fitness activity of your choice. The tough times also taught us there is nothing more important than our own health and wellbeing. For this Friday: - Yesterday (the second) was my 32nd birthday and my 11 year wedding anniversary (yes we got married on my 21st birthday) so I'm opening a few other spreads. Go to my spreads page to see the ones I'm talking about. I will do the One Card Reading, any of the three three card spreads with and without oracle cards for all three, the Small Relationship Reading without oracle cards, and the Two Paths reading without oracle cards. I would also do a Celtic Cross reading without oracle cards as well. Welcome reading riders ✍️ once again another thrilling and fantastic joyride. It gives me immense pleasure to share my ride experience about people and about places. . So today I dropped in Ambikapur and was looking for some known people and connections to take some rest. And it's always amazing to have friends and people around you. After making a few calls I discovered I have many connections in Ambikapur. Hence today I was invited over by our para cycling national player Chola Ram Rajwade ji 🙏 Another great athlete and a great person, I really loved the hospitality and generosity of this young man. A great athlete himself With a fire and desire to elevate and promote sports in our state really wonderful and appreciate his efforts. He is always keen to find and trains new talents in every way he can. . Together we explored one of the glorified place of its time the "bildwar gufa" Earlier it was one of the most happening place in surguja, Ambikapur. And a centre of attraction to many tourists with picnic spots. It is named so due to small underground network of small routes "as rats bills" which earlier people used to evade danger, emergency exits and to camouflage their location. Which earlier tourists could explore themselves. Also the striking feature of this place is the underwater water flowing in the caves. It is said that no one could have figured out the origin of this water flow coming out of nowhere. Recently started little bit of writing on strava sharing my memorable riding experience of the day's ride. I've named it as the "READING RIDERS 🚴 KISSA SERIES ✍️" Just this morning thought out to launch this series on insta/fb as well Welcome reading riders for riding kissa no. 3 ✍️ I came from Rajnandgaon and was staying in Raipur to see off our world record attempt riders Mr. Hemanth & Mr. Dhanush 🚴🚴 They started at 5:45am from yesterday stop point bicycle hub, pachpedi naka,raipur. We about 30 riders accompanied them wherever they could manage to ride most of em came upto Aarang 1030pm. We the last party of 4 riders accompanied till Mahasmund 60km from Raipur by 1pm approx from there H&D headed to naupada today's stop point. It's their 27th day already covered 2800kms. The record they are attempting is the longest distance covered on bicycle in a single country existing record is 19600kms. We wish them whole heartedly ❤️ for their journey up ahead. My Rear hub was cooked a day before this ride evening... ever ridden in fixed wheel well my today's 2x💯 on fixed wheel (only forward pedal no backward or slack possible need to continuously pedal in all ups downs, pot holes, speed breaker just pedal at a particular increasing cadence or use brake to de-accelerate) My blue baby is needing lot of repairs recently but it's totally understandable and fine my baby just 2 years and clocked15000 kms this is the least of she's asking for recently 💙. . . Reading riders kissa no 7 ✍️ Today I'm sharing my ride xp of RJN-NGP ride of 29th aug which happens to be my 2nd longest time taking journey. Hop on to know more.... So I was riding around 10am to purchase some house supplies 🚴 the shopping took bit longer & 40kms clocked hence set sail to NGP at 3pm, estimating to reach 12-2am at night in NGP. En route met 400 kms BRM riders of NGP-RJN-NGP so was happy lot of riders are around and doing just double the distance I'm doing as per the rules other cyclists shouldn't ride with BRM riders hence I couldn't accompany otherwise they'd be DQ. . Hence I was riding far behind them I encountered a total of 3 punctures repaired on route + both wheels kept loosing air on reaching NGP as well. . During the first dangerous ghaat section near deori I found Mr. Amogh sir BRM participant who was also going through multiple punctures (5 in total return ride) got him up and running & soon we met again in bhandara. Due to punctures we faced we were 4h behind the troop. Hence we decided to ride together since we have less puncture kits left & was continuously riding without sleep (2-3 short naps) hence it was a good option to keep company. The fear of being left out and not able to make home can give anyone goose bumps like never before. Our lot of energy was drained doing this tedious work of punctures which can easily bring anyone morale down. But good thing we kept together and kept talking and motivating with each other. Despite both being well seasoned riders this was a phenomenal experience for both of us. Good thing we both completed our set targets riding, mine 200 & his 400kms 🙌 I reached my NGP home on 30th 1130pm almost double than estimated time.
