I think it's hilarious that the photoners, instead of figuring out how to miniaturise the planet-sized computer that was xion, just made more planets

need to go into pso2 for some ref pics and i swear on god the game finds every way to completely break itself. i literally have not touched it in a year and it gives me errors. i had to tear it out completely for the 5th time and reinstall and i’ll probably still get errors once it’s done bc ms store

art ref of my final pso2 character design for my lazy ass
I really hope I can transfer my character creation data to the NA ver;;
I wanted to make a big flashy character who’s full of passion! As soon as I can unlock the ability, he will use knuckles weapon! He really loves strawberry tigers!

love playing etoile. love how stopping to revive a teammate will ruin my dps so I just leave people dead while I keep going with my battle rhythm

better plan: make astral/aether/mana unit, don’t put crack on it, and instead have the fourth slot be an s-grade. then I can put a crack on one of the other units in the recipe (already doing several catalysts + crack anyway) and I can actually use the astral/aether/mana unit in the meantime while we wait for origin glare and mark capsules

okay so speaking objectively, if you use wand, that should be your first one because darkweave agile (and lightweave every other 30s) has a PP regeneration potential that will help wand’s PP economy, as well as S5 Steadfast Harpoon giving you tons of PP on your 3rd normal
if you don’t have a rivalate soaring blades yet, that’d be the next choice because S5 Thundering Pursuit is ridiculously strong since it basically just adds 200 potency to every PA, which makes your faster/more mobile PAs way stronger
double saber is pretty much just a straight damage buff. I don’t have any proof for this but I’m convinced that double saber scales better than the other two weapons due to its low base stats. with s1-5 and no other augments my lightweave klauz double saber is doing about 5% more damage than my affixed rivalate so it’s definitely worth it no matter which weapon you choose

there r good gunners!!! they’re real!!!!!!!
I’m so HAPPY to see another gunner who is actually good at playing gunner there’s so many bad gunners and I was getting depressed examining them and seeing their terrible gear and class combos or watching them and seeing them spam our worst photon art but there are GOOD ones and they EXIST

like summoner has 100% hp regen, tech access, and are also usually away from the action since they’re directing their pets. why would they need to drink healing items without knockback when they can just sic their pet on the enemy and use their healing spell??

I can’t speak for etoile wand since I don’t play it but etoile double saber and etoile soaring blades are both very tight in their controls and can execute combos extremely fast (“etoile is slow”) but they can go out of control if you’re inexperienced and don’t know how to use them properly
soaring blades can launch you off into the distance if you don’t have a lock-on or good movement controls, can totally fail to hit things with the one stationary photon art if you didn’t know your opponent was going to move, and completely falls short damage-wise if you don’t understand that you need to be using your focus as often as possible instead of saving it for Cool Giant Sword
double saber is very technical and requires you to take your thumb off your analog stick for one moment to do attacks properly and all of the combos require you to cancel moves into other moves for dps and requires understanding of where you are and how long your moves reach in relation to the enemy but is *extremely* versatile and inescapable once you understand how it works
