Snacking after a busy day of therapy!! It has been a great lull in life to just sit and have a cup of grain free oatmeal. Quarantine took a toll on this one. He became so anxious and self harming. It was absolutely heart breaking. He is why I started my business in energy healing. I saw what Reiki did for him. I saw how it calmed his anxiety, helped him to say his first two syllable word!!!! Do you ever stop and feel so overwhelmed by life? I had this moment this year. Life fell apart, then Corona, then quarantine, and then my son’s self harm exploded. I felt helpless in the situation. Everything I was doing wasn’t helping. The final straw was, he bite himself so had that he left a dark bruise on his arm. That night I decided to try out the newest healing modality I had learned. Quantum Reiki. It was something that I had no idea what to expect, but the results were incredible. One day it took, for his self harm to go from almost all day, to maybe once or twice a day. I noticed he could understand me better. We heard his first two syllable word. Sometimes it is desperation that leads us down paths we never thought we would take.
