In the last few days, I've noticed a deep Sacral Chakra Activation that is showing some physical symptoms. The double focus of the current activation on a Collective level is mother wounds and gender equality. The latter is clearing some imperfections on certain distorted beliefs about feminine energy vs masculine energy that led to a misunderstanding of the energies.
Some of the symptoms that indicate you are going through this Activation are: feeling pinching or twitching on private parts, healing body image issues, feeling more beautiful physically, self-care increases, power struggles diminish, in women breasts increase size, among others.

Healing is About Reconnecting with One's Inner Child
I’ve made a lot of changes in my life recently. After spending most of my life in Europe, I currently reside in Portland, Oregon. I also am in the process of getting consecutive levels of Reiki certification, to improve my healing gifts.
During this part of my journey, I’m taking my time focusing on my own energetic self awareness. This process enables me to ground and reconnect to myself when I feel like I’ve lost myself in the wave of giving my energy over for the sake of healing others. Self care is imperative in healing practice for others.
The most illuminating part of my Reiki training has been realizing how much healing people comes from bringing them back to a childlike state of vulnerability. Ironically enough, that’s exactly what invites transformation in, as most adults are calcified and solidified in their traumatized state. The subject needs to be brought back to a vulnerable spot, which then becomes the access point to open their energy. Then, from the position of a healer we can responsibly manipulate it, also coming ourselves from a fragile point of innocence and purity. All healing practices must gently address this child self to take root in the subconscious and be effective.
