Change and replacing old patterns

Old habits or patterns it's hard to change and sometimes we are guided to make a change or pushed because your old ways of doing things,just won't work for you anymore,we could try to continue your old ways your spirit angels guides and source will make it very clear to you that you need a change and they wont let you go on the way you've been living and change you will,it's not easy to make a change and it's not something that happens just like that,it takes time,and going back forth messing up,falling back to old habits old patterns,in these times love yourself no one is perfect,work is work, movement is movement it's a process, little baby steps that you take matters no matter how small it is,love yourself the mess through it all and try very hard not to judge yourself too much,you're making a change and it's a healing process,when you try to change something about yourself,it's like you're taking out something from your energy that doesn't serve you anymore and you're used to having that whatever it is so it needs to be replaced with something else,replace old habits with something that is beneficial for you like going to the gym or taking on different activity something you will love so out with the old and in with the new, replacing old way of being with new, applying self love and self care through your journey know how worthy you are and how brave you are for deciding to make this change and choosing you,and don't forget who you are,you are a warrior.
