hi ryu!! i have recently been trying to find a signature scent, but i have no idea where to start :/ as the resident fragrance expert i was wondering if you have any tips on how to begin this journey? i assume many samples and sniffing are involved but i was wondering if you had any specific tips? mwah hope youre having a great day 🌟

oooouuu thank you for the question tea! sorry it took me a lil longer to get to. it’s 12am rn and this is the first time i’ve laid in bed since i’ve gotten home bc i’ve been packing wahhh!!!!! also also pls i’m not an expert you’re too kind to me

a great way to figure out your signature fragrance is to think back on every scent you’ve ever smelled, ever ever, and remember the ones you liked. then, try to figure out what those scents have in common so you can narrow down the scent family or intensity you prefer.

exploring what you’re naturally drawn to (and it doesn’t even have to be in perfume; it could be in candles, lotions, even foods) will give you clues to what resonates with you. the same goes for scents you don’t particularly like! it’ll help you know which notes to avoid, making the search so much easier.

you’re right!! it does involve a lot of sampling and sniffing but it’ll be your signature fragrance so take into consideration that you’ll be wearing often. so all that sampling will help~ when you’re trying out scents, pay attention to how it smells immediately after you spray and also 5-6 hours after you spray. a signature scent should still smell just as nice over time 🤍

also a lot of brands sell discovery packs which normally have a few of their scents in smaller sizes so if you have the means, sus them out! they’re usually curated to showcase different scent profiles. otherwise fragrantica.com and wikiparfum.com will be your holy grail when it comes to getting detailed descriptions and honest reviews on perfumes if you can’t get physically get your hands on one (there are probably other helpful websites out there but i find myself returning to those two the most).

if you weren’t already, it also might help to get familiar with the scent profiles and the differences between eau de cologne, eau de toilette, eau de parfum and extrait de parfum!! especially if you have sensitive skin or nose

and and AND, personally what i think is the best part, consider your lifestyle, climate and even your personality when it comes to choosing!

it’ll take time to find your signature fragrance but that’s okay because remember! it’s a journey, not a race ☀️🤍

I'm still keep thinking if Aqua likes Kana like in the chapter 83 panel, why would Aka give all that development to AquaKane's relationship? Will Kana win on the grounds that Kana is the light? Will the development take place when Akasaka gives Aqua's rescue scene to Kana and after that they will end up together? Because she is the light and she can save Aqua. If that's so, please Akasaka should make another plan. I need a good story that have dynamic and big volumes in the relationship between the characters.

Meanwhile, Kana doesn't understand Aqua and acts as she pleases with her own mind. I really want to see their development. If Aqua like Kana, so what about his development with Akane tho?

Actually i'm Aqua stan but not shipping him with anyone. I just want to know and wait to see the development between AquaKane and Aqua-Kana. And as far as we knows Aqua and Akane takes all developments and Aqua Kana looks like going nowhere. Especially with the most recent chapter between the two of them. I feel you anon, but sadly sometimes things really are that simple. The better developed couples don't always win. In a way, I think that sometimes when an author intends a ship to happen only at a certain point in the story, they take its development for granted because regardless of how little they may interact, they already know where it will lead.

All we can do is hope that this won't be the case here 😂

Honestly, no idea! I can see two more arcs after the movie one (the fall-out and the conclusion), but I'm not sure how long that will take because Aka's pacing is unpredictable and the constant breaks don't help. I can see it ending anywhere between 17 and 20 volumes.

Cybercriminals are abusing Google’s infrastructure, creating emails that appear to come from Google in order to persuade people into handing over their Google account credentials. This attack, first flagged by Nick Johnson, the lead developer of the Ethereum Name Service (ENS), a blockchain equivalent of the popular internet naming convention known as the Domain Name System (DNS). Nick received a very official looking security alert about a subpoena allegedly issued to Google by law enforcement to information contained in Nick’s Google account. A URL in the email pointed Nick to a sites.google.com page that looked like an exact copy of the official Google support portal.

As a computer savvy person, Nick spotted that the official site should have been hosted on accounts.google.com and not sites.google.com. The difference is that anyone with a Google account can create a website on sites.google.com. And that is exactly what the cybercriminals did. Attackers increasingly use Google Sites to host phishing pages because the domain appears trustworthy to most users and can bypass many security filters. One of those filters is DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail), an email authentication protocol that allows the sending server to attach a digital signature to an email. If the target clicked either “Upload additional documents” or “View case”, they were redirected to an exact copy of the Google sign-in page designed to steal their login credentials. Your Google credentials are coveted prey, because they give access to core Google services like Gmail, Google Drive, Google Photos, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, Google Maps, Google Play, and YouTube, but also any third-party apps and services you have chosen to log in with your Google account. The signs to recognize this scam are the pages hosted at sites.google.com which should have been support.google.com and accounts.google.com and the sender address in the email header. Although it was signed by accounts.google.com, it was emailed by another address. If a person had all these accounts compromised in one go, this could easily lead to identity theft.

How to avoid scams like this

Don’t follow links in unsolicited emails or on unexpected websites.

Carefully look at the email headers when you receive an unexpected mail.

Verify the legitimacy of such emails through another, independent method.

Don’t use your Google account (or Facebook for that matter) to log in at other sites and services. Instead create an account on the service itself.

Technical details Analyzing the URL used in the attack on Nick, (https://sites.google.com[/]u/17918456/d/1W4M_jFajsC8YKeRJn6tt_b1Ja9Puh6_v/edit) where /u/17918456/ is a user or account identifier and /d/1W4M_jFajsC8YKeRJn6tt_b1Ja9Puh6_v/ identifies the exact page, the /edit part stands out like a sore thumb. DKIM-signed messages keep the signature during replays as long as the body remains unchanged. So if a malicious actor gets access to a previously legitimate DKIM-signed email, they can resend that exact message at any time, and it will still pass authentication. So, what the cybercriminals did was: Set up a Gmail account starting with me@ so the visible email would look as if it was addressed to “me.” Register an OAuth app and set the app name to match the phishing link Grant the OAuth app access to their Google account which triggers a legitimate security warning from no-reply@accounts.google.com This alert has a valid DKIM signature, with the content of the phishing email embedded in the body as the app name. Forward the message untouched which keeps the DKIM signature valid. Creating the application containing the entire text of the phishing message for its name, and preparing the landing page and fake login site may seem a lot of work. But once the criminals have completed the initial work, the procedure is easy enough to repeat once a page gets reported, which is not easy on sites.google.com. Nick submitted a bug report to Google about this. Google originally closed the report as ‘Working as Intended,’ but later Google got back to him and said it had reconsidered the matter and it will fix the OAuth bug.
