Fuck Huge,,,,) and also bits of comics lore/designs (holomatter is an interesting concept and im chewing on Meg's as we speak. gnawing on his arm even-)

but regardless this ship is totally my Slice Of Life Comedy Hour Chill LoFi Beats type of ship HKF like im a sucker for darker stuff higher stakes but i think this one has 0 stakes

like. like jackal and megatron literally met because jackal enjoys long walks on the beach exploring places Away from the city and Generally Away From Ppl to just sorta vibe. and ofc the normal thing to do when coming across a Definitely Alien And If Not Alien Then Like Secret Government Ship is to walk away. yknow as much as i do agree that artist engagement has gone down the toiler and that people should get more comfortable with reblogging things they like (as in, enjoy, not add to their likes) (and particularly by this i mean like, people who are unfamiliar with tumblr and are unsure about things like the difference between reposting and reblogging or are worried it’s weird to reblog someone’s art bc they’re used to a different platform with different forms of engagement. ykwim) and that as an artist it is pretty disheartening when the only engagement you get if at all is a couple of likes especially when it’s a piece you worked hard on

but also on god i hate like 98% of the posts out there about ^ that because they almost always without fail say something that is just like. not true. or make a sweeping blanket statement placing personal moral imperative on artist engagement based very obviously on an extremely subjective opinion/viewpoint/experience. e.x. that one post out there claiming that if you like art and dont reblog it, you’re telling the artist that you like their art, but its not good enough to be on your blog, so if you like someones art and dont reblog it you’re directly telling them that their work isnt good enough and etc etc etc. which like.

1) yeah. the point of likes is to show that you’ve seen or enjoy a post without putting it directly on your blog. people are allowed to do that. no one is obligated to put anything on their blog point blank regardless of how much they like it or how important it is to them or someone else. maybe its vibes. maybe its aesthetic. maybe its a fandom youre not in or dont feel like having on your blog. maybe you just dont feel like it. liking someones art isnt an insult.

2) trying to pressure people into posting specific things on their blog by telling them they’re hurting other people and are responsible for [x undesirable outcome] if they dont isnt a good look. if the driving force behind your imperative is “you’re a bad person if you don’t” and nothing else then i dont know what to tell you man. like whatever else you have to say about it is instantly going into the garbage imo
