Alliance hero concept: Vithor, the berserker... this is probably overpowered

Overview: A mad dwarf filled with battle-rage who has sworn an oath to Linirea; Vithor Firebeard is quite proficient in the art of slicing enemies with his very sharp ax. Versatile and unrelenting, this angry dwarf is here to slay!

HP (starting at LvL 5): 500/528/564/590/620/650. Respawn rate: 35 seconds

Armor: 10%/10%/15%/15%/20%/20%. damage: 10-30/13-32/15-35/17-38/19-39/21-40. attack rate: 2s

Abilities;

Dwarfweiser©️®️™️ (active), costs are 2/3/1: Vithor swigs down a 'potion' recovering 10/15/20 hp per second over a span of 3/5/7 sec.

Barrel of F.U.N. (active), costs are 3/3/2: He throws an explosive keg that deals 64-104/84-164/104-222 area damage... if he's engaged in melee with an enemy, he'll detente over their head dealing 1/4 damage to himself. (Cooldown: 30 seconds)

Titanic Twister (active), costs are 2/2/3: Vithor spins dealing 25-45/30-50/36-56 physical damage in an AoE around him. This has a cooldown of 33 sec (with 3 of the sec spent with him being stunned)

Inspire Courage (active), costs 3/3/4: empowers nearby allies for 4 seconds (cool down is 42 sec); this power-up includes a damage boost of +2/+4/+6, an armor boost of +5%/+10%/+15%, and a heal-rate boost of +15% max HP! Requires 2 nearby allies to activate.

Wrath of the Slayer (Hero Spell), costs 3/4/2: When cast Vithor's damage doubles, his heal-rate increases by 15% of his max hp, his armor doubles, and his attack rate halves; this state lasts for 4/6/8 sec
