Daesung’s mellow voice resonated throughout the ballroom as Seunghyun finally had his bride in his arms, slowly dancing to the strums of their favorite song, none other than It Takes One to Know Me by Johnny Cash. She felt warm and close, he thought. So close that he could feel her heart beating against his chest, causing yet another smile to resurface. He couldn’t remember the last time he held her the way he was at the moment. They were too busy preparing the wedding that without them knowing, distance wasn’t the only thing that came between them.

Seunghyun hadn’t been able to take his eyes off of her that whole day. Ever since she took a step down the aisle his eyes had been fixed upon Sueji and Sueji only. But now that she was so close, he couldn’t help but shy away by resting the side of his face against her crown since her height now managed to level up to his collarbones, thanks to her heels.

“Stop.” he mumbled under his breath before turning away his shy smile that was still hanging on his lips. Soon after a soft chuckle followed. “If you keep looking at me like that I’m gonna end up looking like a boiled crab. Quit it. People are watching.”

Listening to their pleasant set of words, Jihyo's lips slightly curled into an euphoric smile. The verbal compliments had a great impact on the female. Not only was she completely satisfied to hear such positivity coming from her friend, but she was also a bit sheepish from it. "Aigoo, Sueji-ah. Are you trying to make me swoon all over the place? The restlessness is replaced by workworkworkworkwork (🎶) and in that sense everything is peachy. Yesterday I cheated on the comeback diet, too .. special occasions call for special measurements, right?! Not like it needs to be justified, but… why not. Was going to ask you for .. uh … not a day-after pill ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ .. but that .. the-day-after-drinking medicine? ㅋㅋ It’d be a good excuse to meet up in the midst of busy days. That reminded me ; you need to teach me how to drink wine, the professional way. If there is one .. or is this another excuse?

First on the list would be Japan. I don’t think I would ever get tired of Japan. Winter, spring, summer, autumn; the country is simply beautiful. The food is good and the people are nice, too. The country has a calming effect on me and while I’ve been there more than I have ever in any country due to SMTown concerts, I would like to experience going there for a vacation, even just for a little while. Next would be Thailand, Taiwan, and Indonesia. These countries left really fond memories for me. ReVeLuvs organized little projects for us and it was something that really touched us. The words on the banners or on the videos that they showed us may have been small to them, but to us, it affected us greatly. Lastly, I would also like to visit the Philippines. Last time we went there was two years ago, I think. It was beautiful and rather hot there, but it’s a pity because we had to leave the morning after the event was finished. I would like to meet with our Luvies there more intimately in the future.

may i just say that i'm happy to see you happier these days. even if we encounter tiny inconveniences along the road, i think i'm proud of us and how we've managed to pull ourselves out of that dark place. the journey isn't exactly over, but at least we can now see the light at the end of the tunnel. we've been through a lot... so much, even. i hope that this time, we finally get the 'rest' that we deserve. 사랑해 💛

And what kind of ‘rest’ are you talking about?! Kidding. Aaah, this makes me even happier, then. Life is an endless road of learning, heading towards happiness. As you’ve said, there are many obstacles along the way and at times, I admit, I have thoughts of giving up. But the Lord is always kind enough to make sure I have you guys around, especially you, nursie. Here’s to happier days! Let’s hold onto each other and make sure we’re together when we reach success and happiness in life~
