Doctor Who: Cybermat
Favourite Episode: The Tomb of the Cybermen
Home Planet: Mondas
Scary Factor: 0/10
My Personal Rating: 8/10 They're so goofy looking, I love them, the earlier they're shown in the series the more I love them.
(Please don't take these too seriously, it's just a bit of fun)

As of writing this review, social media is awash with the expected snark, speculation, suspicion, simpering, snipping, and cynicism over the new Doctor’s new, new companion. It therefore feels pertinent, and positively cricket, to assess one of the new companions to the Big Finish Doctor Who collective. Revenge of the Cybermen 1975
7/10
A very good Cyberman episode. Thoroughly enjoyable. Just a touch of seeming like filler, but still extremely good. Some classic moments as well.

Rewatching Revenge of the Cybermen, and I just love how unreasonable Sarah Jane gets. She snaps at Harry when he’s just helped save her life, insults him when he suggests ideas, get sarky with him when things are looking bad... Sarah Jane is brave, clever, kind-hearted, determined... and absolutely unreasonable to her friends when she’s under pressure. That defining flaw is a beautiful thread underlying her behaviour in the audio dramas and the SJA. Lovely to be reminded that she’s always been that way. Beautiful bit of characterization, and love continuity across the shows.

Voga, the planet of gold, where gold is not used by the Vogans in any offensive capacity against the Cybermen who are famously weak to it, but it is used by them to make their manacles despite it being a famously weak metal. Brilliant worldbuilding from Revenge of the Cybermen
