Happy 15th Anniversary to the Rune Factory series!

In celebration, the Rune Factory Twitter has several special events going on. Please see the previous post to see a link to the official 15th Anniversary website!

Celebrations include a Rune Factory art contest, a questionnaire filled with a bunch of Rune Factory questions, a special 15th anniversary trailer, a Twitter giveaway, and special sales for the Japanese versions of RF4, RF4S, and RF5!

New Rune Factory merchandise is up on Cocollabo! Products  include charms, buttons, a t-shirt, and other merchandise based on Rune Factory 1, Rune Factory 2, Rune Factory 3, Rune Factory 4, and Rune Factory 4 Special! 

Featured characters are the protagonists, the main love interests of 1-3, and Ventuswill’s human form.

Some interesting merch-related news has popped up for Rune Factory 3! Graffart has made new artwork of a majority of the Rune Factory 3 cast and will be releasing the first official, non-preorder RF3 merch in November! 

Featured characters include Micah’s two forms, Gaius, Rusk, Carlos, Sherman, Kuruna, Ondorus, Zaid, Shara, Raven, Marian, Collette, Carmen, Pia, Daria, Sakuya, Karina, and Sofia. Merch includes buttons, charms, and stands!

As always, after the listed release date, the full sets will likely go up on AmiAmi! Once the release date hits, you can be sure to look out for box splits like there is for the RF4 merch!

[ Rune Factory 4 Special Memorial Box - Memorial Book ]

The Memorial Book is a collection of artwork of the entire series up until the release of Rune Factory 4 Special. It collects a majority of the art and even contains harder to find character designs as well (namely the full body designs of several Rune Factory 3 characters). 

Unfortunately, it is also missing several pieces of artwork, such as some Rune Factory Frontier artwork and a lot of bonus artwork of Rune Factory Oceans. However, it is still a very nice artbook to have as a companion to Rune Factory Memoirs, if you have a copy of that. 

Most if not all artwork in this book has already been added to the archive from a different source, so I will not be scanning the contents of this artbook. However, if you want to ask if certain pieces of art are in this, I’ll be happy to answer!

A booklet included with the May 2019 issue of Nintendo Dream, which includes around 100 pages of comics from all of the different Rune Factory comics included in Nintendo Dream magazines over the years! The comics span from Rune Factory 3 up to Rune Factory 4 Platinum Edition!

[ Rune Factory - 10th Anniversary 3DS Theme ]

This was a theme made for sale for Japanese 3DS systems in 2016 as a celebration of the series’ 10th anniversary. Unfortunately, this is the clearest picture I was able to find of the theme.
