hmm. i think tomorrow im gonna try and make mochi
#i dont know if my mom's working but i can take the bus out to a local market that sells the right kind of rice for it#bonus bc they sell pork bao that they make fresh every morning and its the best thing ever#im gonna run over there tomorrow to get the ingredients ill need >:)#now its just time to decide whether i wanna use actual rice grains or rice flour. bc i could do either technically#rice flour would be harder to mess up which is good but regular rice would be fun to try
