a touch like velvet, and his fingers grip onto your jaw. raising your glaring eyes to his deep maroon ones. a face you know and love, yet it feels oh so foreign.

“don't touch them.”

the grunt of your lover makes your heart squeeze. yet rishen 209 only chuckles. his head turning to face his younger variant — chained by who knows what.

“well, I suppose the one thing I can praise you on is your taste.” crimson lips part into a grin, showing off larger fangs than the 781 counterpart.

“they're stunning.”

he cuts himself off when you struggle. attempting to wretch your head from his claw's grasp.

all you receive is a croon.

“now now. behave,”

words laced with honey, but sweetness was far from what you tasted when his claws dug into your jaw. scarlet oozing from your delicate skin and coating his matching nail polish.

rishen 781's eyes widen.

“bastardo!” he sneers yet is promptly ignored.

despite your whimpering, you maintain your glare. shooting an apologetic look towards your rishen who does everything in his power to break free of his bounds.

even when the other's fingers clamp beneath the soft flesh beneath your jaw and jerk your head up. even when your arms strain from the chain holding them to the wall. still, you scowl.

“don't. . . don't touch me.”

“cute,” is all you receive. a deep, crooning chuckle. his thumb traces along your jaw tenderly despite the pain he just dealt you.

“I wonder how you taste. . .”

the mad scientist leans closer and before you know it a shiver is running down your spine. for his lips flush up against your jaw — before trailing down.

a coldness hits the back of your head when he flushes you up against the wall suddenly. his warm body melting into yours, hands gripping your waist and mouth hungrily diving down.

an elongated tongue finds the trails of blood. drinking from you as though you were the sweetess nectar.

nails digging into your waist. all you hear is a deep groan from the scientist and the shout of your boyfriend.

your eyes can all but gape and pain forces your back to arch. an icy, sharp feeling digs into your throat and you're thrashing immediately.

but the spider moves not. simply sinking his fangs into the tender flesh of your neck. beady red irises now surrounded by darkness staring towards his doppelganger.

staring at the headband for a bit, considering the choices and looking over at Beauregard, he happily takes the ears and puts them on his head, shaking it around to make the bells jingle.

'(781) Imagine if one of Rishen's and Talisen's fellow students (one whom they are kinda on good terms but only on that "yeah that silly one we have one class together" level) accidentaly walked into their room after a very good party (not too drunk though, just hard-tipsy). “death, it is fine, just stay in that seat for a moment.” he hums and makes his way to the kitchen to get a glass of water.

all along, rishen has been trotting around with talisen, now left to stay standing right in front of you to assure you don’t get out of the chair with a small, friendly smile on his face.

a small huff of amusement leaves him and he looks over at some of the movie in the background.

talisen trots back into the living room not long after and hands you a glass of water.

𖹭. being in a poly with these two would be a very domestic and silly experience all at once, with rishen’s small rambles and rants about stem classes and helping you with your own homework when you’re struggling. all while talisen recites his poetry quietly in the background, roaming in the kitchen making food for both rishen and you to make sure you remember to eat.

𖹭. baking with them is one of the main activities that the three of you get up to. usually it’s talisen trying to keep rishen away from the batter, who in turn looks at you with the biggest puppy eyes. you three could bake up a storm, especially after a long week of exams. sometimes talisen smudges a bit of powdered sugar on your face so that he can kiss it away or rishen pulls you with him for mandatory decorating.

𖹭. stargazing with these two is also mandatory. they love pulling you with them on a drive to any place where the stars a clearest, with a big jug of hot chocolate or tea, and whichever beverage you prefer, plus the blankets to huddle up in — with some extra sweets and such of course. they wanna make every moment comfortable and cosy. you have talisen to your left, rambling about astrophysics and the way the universe works, while rishen is huddled up close next to you by your right, arms wrapped around you, keeping you warm, while his eyes flicker around at the constellations and bright planets that litter the night sky.

𖹭. the two are considered to be sweet boys for the most part but those who know them well, know that they can be mean girls. especially when people are being jerks. this also bleeds into it when people are being horrible to you as well. while they might be inherently soft ( narrator: you sure? ), they are immensely protective of you. if they catch anyone making you uncomfortable they are immediately handling the situation. they want to make sure that you are treated the way that you deserve.

𖹭. expect lots of cuddling when you are around these two. they are both very physically and verbally affectionate and often show it by cuddling you close to either or both of them, while whispering into your ears about their love for you, or simply conversing with you about your day and theirs. sometimes you are snatched and pulled away to the dorm for cuddles when one of them are missing you.

𖹭. late night are a staple for them. especially if rishen suggests the random milkshake dash. talisen is the designated driver while rishen and you fight over who gets to be the passenger princess. that, or you’re both in the backseat, snuggling. sometimes, rishen might decide to be a bit of a little shit and kiss you up while all talisen can do is watch from the rearview mirror. there have times where tal has pulled over randomly just to climb into the backseat and join in the heated midnight make-outs.

𖹭. mantis wings: these wings are extremely vulnerable and he does not wish for anyone to touch them, not even the people he trusts the most, as it could easily damage the wings.

𖹭. mandibles: when his mantis traits are more prominent and his mandible extend from his mouth, they can be quite painful for him and result in constant headaches

𖹭. cocoon: at times, during extreme periods of overwhelm, he might cocoon himself and stay in previously mentioned hibernative states for a long time — which is not healthy for him at all.

𖹭. acidic saliva: if his spider traits are more prominent, his glands release acidic saliva which certain parts of his mouth are not entirely immune to — thus putting him through a lot of pain

born to a family of superheroes, rishen has always been a special case. mysteriously born with the animal powers of an aetheer, emanating that the frightful combination of spider, moth and mantis attributes, the young boy was severely different from those around him and thus lead to a life quite different from his peers. that of which did not hinder his development in mind nor his curiosity, let alone his ambition to be just like the heroes around him.

with his selfless yet stubborn attitude, rishen sets on a journey of herohood despite his father’s ( and the rest of his fellow aetheer’s ) wishes. determined to prove them wrong about the supposed ‘curse’.

along with his boyfriends, alessio and talisen, he sets out to make the city elritea a better place. extending kindness where he should not at times, and putting his life on the line, in an effort to protect those around him. though, he forgets himself in his recklessness in sacrifice of protecting those he loves —

in the end, it should all be worth it, should it not? that’s what his mentor says,

𖹭. right off the bat let’s get to their dynamics. we have alessio, the flirty, little shit yet protective boyfriend. talisen, your quiet, poetic and old-fashioned boyfriend. and rishen, your sunshine stem-student boyfriend who’s sometimes a bit reckless and oblivious.

𖹭. star gazing with these three is a very fundamental part of the relationship. it could be on the coldest winter nights where the night sky is clear, or on hot summer nights where the skies may be clouded, making it fun for all of you to point at where you know constellations are and where some of the stars are too. one thing you hear often when stargazing is talisen’s soothing voice retelling stories of different galaxies, constellations, stars, etc. also explaining how it would be to visit some of these planets, while he has an arm wrapped around whoever is sitting next to him, while you hear alessio rambling about stars that shouldn’t have died. . . such as betelgeuse. not even a week into your relationship with the trio, you discovered the italian spaniard has an odd obsession with stars that have passed, wishing he could go back into time and see them bright in the sky himself — while rishen at times ramble on with talisen and discuss the dynamics of all of the different planets that reign together with the earth in the solar system.

𖹭. late night drives are a big thing with them. driving around in general. it doesn’t matter where, sometimes it’s just a drive around the city. almost always is in talisen’s car as he’s the designated driver. you’re either his passenger princess, having to deal with rishen and alessio making out in the backseat — or you’re in the backseat with either alessio and rishen. snuggling up to them and being all affectionate. late night drives often include rolled down windows and all sorts of music with the four of you singing along, whether off-tune or not

𖹭. you’re either always in the dorm with talisen and rishen ( with alessio more often than not paying visits and spending nights ) or you’re stolen by alessio to his apartment. the other two eventually join somewhere along the line, if they are not busy. down time is usually the four of you watching movies or playing video games together, especially if you are at alessio’s apartment.

𖹭. going to places such as diners, ice cream parlors and overall street food booths is something you are also going to experience a lot — especially the street food with alessio, due to him being out so often. and when he has the opportunity, he brings you with him around to try out new foods. don’t like specific textures or tastes? tell it to him and he will immediately make sure that you won’t get anything with that texture or taste, the same goes with talisen and rishen. who often take you around to the ice cream parlors and try out new flavors every time they visit. sometimes you and talisen will have to pull rishen away from the ice cream tests, because gods forbid, if there is one thing alessio is bad at, it is saying no to rishen when it comes to sweet things. . . even you — it’s the puppy eyes! how can he say no to such pretty faces looking at him like that :(( as for diners, that is an experience you have with all three of them, as they usually go there to hang out and catch up when they have all been a bit busy.

𖹭. you don’t ever have to worry about ever being picked on again. these three? as nice-looking and generally well-mannered ( cough, except for alessio, cough ) as they may seem, they are THE mean girls. especially rishen and talisen with their passive aggressiveness. whether it be an annoying flirt not leaving you alone or rude stares/comments thrown your way. you can count on those two to stop in the middle of the hallway and tell whoever was brave enough off, all with those calm smiles on their faces. as for alessio. . . leash him. he will literally start marching towards whoever it may be. sure, he can be passive aggressive — but he’s also fully capable of decking someone. if alessio is acting like a mean girl like talisen and rishen do. . . loop your arms around his waist and drag this man off. please. he knows how to shoot.

𖹭. studying in the dorm is something you’ve got to expect as well, both talisen and rishen will pull you away from whatever it is you are doing and take you with them to the dorm so that all three of you can study for your classes and assure that any and all homework has been finished and you can all relax for the week together — you may ask: “where’s alessio?” oh he is there. he simply does not study. sometimes you are left wondering how he even manages to get the good scores on his tests and homework that he gets with the way he only sits on his phone and plays whatever game he found off the app store. you often hear talisen bickering quietly with alessio during study sessions in the dorm. and whenever they get too loud, rishen throws them out and leaves them jealous because now you’re getting him all to yourself.

𖹭. cooking with them is something that will also be very relevant. well, cooking with rishen. you physically cannot cook with the other two because they need to be alone in the kitchen. they cannot find it in themselves to be normal and cook in pairs. you however, can do so with rishen. the both of you often humming along to music and working in perfect tandem. you make the other two soooo jealous. as for baking, it’s something that the four of you can enjoy. with rishen hushing you when you try to tell talisen that he’s sneaking bits of batter and alessio making questionably shaped cookies trying to get a reaction out of you while talisen is trying to hush them both from distracting you and just follow the recipe.

𖹭. if you are in biochemistry/astronomy class with them ( the only two classes they all attend together ), expect lots of talisen and alessio trying to one-up each other or talisen blatantly ignoring alessio’s need for attention. so of course alessio will turn sight onto you instead, if only to be hushed by rishen who he immediately starts flirting with. so now you’re leaning your head against talisen’s shoulder while listening to the lecture. but oh! seems like rishen needs some attention too, so he reaches his hand over talisen’s lap to hold onto yours. now alessio is looking over like a sad puppy because he can’t reach over both rishen AND talisen to get to you. so instead he’ll blow you a kiss. the four of you get told off by the professor in the end but who cares? you’re all just soooo in love with each other<3
